Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kazbegi Municipality

Очень понравились апартаменты, нет вай фай- об этом написано в описании, но есть общий со слабой скоростью . Расположение прекрасное , есть маленький магазин в соседнем здании , много ресторанов , спар в 5 минутах ходьбы. В здании есть спа , за отдельную плату , но очень удобно особенно с детьми. Достаточно парковки возле здания. До подъёмника пару минут- очень большой плюс . Нам очень понравилось. Важный момент , что на карте не правильно отображается локация. Но легко найти- нужно просто заехать в Новый Гудаури.

Trip for 6 nights. The view from the window is perfect, the most is sunrises, much better then in two other sides of this apart house, where you could see the other houses in 10 meters or the construction works!! Here you would see sun, mountains and slopes) Everything was clean, you’ll have the towels, bed linen, all necessary dinnerware. All communication with owner are with fast response. The house is near the slope, then in 200 m is the first lift wich get you to “time out” and other lifts. There is two restaurants in house and one in neighboring building. To get to new gudauri by lift, steps or taxi) For food: shops are only in new gudauri or near first lift, so an advice to buy food before, if you haven’t got a car) Finally, it’s nice place for riders, friends or small family.

tamara was a great host.. she was very responsive and kind. as for the apartment, we love the location and the convenience as it is in the center of the ski resort. we love it. the locker though it was just one.. was safe for our ski gears.

Все соответствует описанию, дом рядом с дорожкой , а ванна в доме просто то что доктор прописал после покатушек. А хозяин очень дружелюбный и готов помочь в любое время.

We had a wonderful time it was very accessible and Elene communicated extremely efficiently with us! The whole place is modern and an enjoyable experience. We will surely be returning.

Good place should come on season which is winter time but still April was good

My family and I have loved staying in this apartment. Where there is an amazing view of the Gudauri Mountains! The location is quite and peaceful. There are many shops near by within walking distance where you can get groceries. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Such as a fridge, washing machine, tv and a BBQ on the balcony. Valia and her daughter Vera were very helpful with any questions we asked during our stay. They provided a cot for our baby girl which was very kind and convenient! We highly recommend these hosts! 💚

Небольшие апартаменты, но есть все необходимое. Кухонный уголок. Тепло, тихо, с водой, электричеством перебоев не было. Вайфай отлично работает. Красивый вид из окна на горы! В этом здании и соседнем два ресторана, подешевле и подороже. Отличный ski in и чуть менее удобный ski out. Внизу есть отдельный шкафчик в лыжехранилище. Эдуарда не было, но он всегда был на связи, а управляющие Вахо и Майя оперативно решали все вопросы и давали все рекомендации. При скромной цене аппартаменты достойного качества!

Excellent ski lodge with all the amenities you need. A short walk to the slopes.

Отличное расположение квартиры, находится на спуске с трассы, до подъемника спускать 3-4 минуты. Много места для большой компании. Saba всегда был на связи. С окна вид на горы. Рекомендую!

Best location for skiing. The place is small and cozy, but has what you need for a trip. We enjoyed the views from the windows and eating out options. Supermarkets are within 3 min. The place has all the essentials for basic cooking (a microwave, a kettle, pots and pans, a stove). Myriam was very responsive and flexible. The security is in the building 24h. There's also a ski rental in the same building that we highly recommend - it was super easy to ski right out. The apartment is not very new, but it matches the description, it's warm and comfortable for a family and kids.

Very closed to the ski lift, about 50m. A box in the -1 floor was provided to store the ski equipment, it is big enough for 2 adults. The room is worm, clean and the view of balcony is perfect. You will have basic equipment for cooking, just buy some material from the spar supermarket near the apartment.

We enjoyed the nice apartment and the check in was easy. The place functions like a hotel, just with apartments that guests stay in. The location was very convenient. Just look for the pictured building as you drive in on the main road into Gudauri, since maps can't pinpoint to place. It is located south of the Smart. There is a big surrounding yard which our children loved for playing in the snow.

It was a great stay! The view from the hut is mesmerising. Nino was super helpful and helped us with cabs and everything. Highly recommend it

Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

Были на новогодние праздники, апартаменты превзошли наши ожидания, все было продуманно до мелочей, елочка, свечи, комплимент и прочие плюшки! Даже елочный венок был единственный на нашей двери..) Выход сразу на подъёмник. Хозяевам отдельное спасибо за грузинское гостеприимство! Надеюсь вернёмся сюда ещё раз!

Nini is very kind, her apparment is clean and very cozy, the location is amazing and the services at the hotel 10/10. If i come back to Guadauri i deffinitly book again, Nini is a great host.

Najlepsza lokalizacja, bezpośrednio przy stoku narciarskim. Jest mały basen, sauny i spa. Dobry dojazd bezpośrednio pod drzwi hotelu. Internet działa bardzo dobrze. Świetny klimat miejsca . Wszystko co potrzebne w Gudauri

В отеле за отдельную плату можно ходить в сауну ресторан на завтраки, обеды и ужины. Хозяин отзывчивая и оперативно отвечала на все вопросы и предоставила все необходимое
