You can have a peaceful time with small animals in the garden belonging to our house and benefit from the fresh vegetables and fruits in our garden. It is an equal distance to historical places in the region and provides you with facilities such as Balloon Tour, Atv tour, Horse safari and Jeep safari, Turkish night.

Patisca Cave House is a rock and stone house with a 150-year history. It has the traditional architectural features of Cappadocia. This stone house in the shape of a mansion has 2 arched rooms on the upper floor and 2 rock rooms on the lower floor. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. Its terrace has magnificent views. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils for cooking. Heating system. 10 people can stay up to 10 people. ,WİFİ,washing machine, free parking nearby with hot water 24/7.

Our house is 7 km (10 minutes) from the ski resort. It has the BEST view you can find in Kayseri. There are 3 single beds and 1 double bed. There is ABSOLUTELY no heating problem. There are 2 bathrooms. Hot water and unlimited Wifi are available 24/7. Covered parking available. Central system heating, bathroom, wc, white goods,internet are available in the rooms. The room has its own independent entrance facing the courtyard. We provide a stove, kitchen and cooking utensils for cave rooms upon request. (10 euros) We provide microwave oven upon request. (10€ Euro)
