We really tried to capture a big city, modern, minimalist feel. We wanted this home to feel comfortable, but to also be sleek and stylish. Located in Ponca City, but close to other towns including: Pawhuska: 44 miles Stillwater: 44 miles Wichita: 78 miles OKC: 90 miles Tulsa: 98 This is the perfect house to stay while exploring Ponca City and surrounding areas. Absolutely stunning Airbnb pictures do not do it justice. Perfect location for a bridal party to get ready for their big day. Lighting fabulous for makeup and pictures if you are wanting a go back in time type of feel. The mattresses and pillows are five star comfort. There was lots of bath towels and plenty of toilet paper (IYKYK)… I have stayed at many Airbnb’s that have hosted 10+ people and upon arrival there is only ONE roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, NOT HERE, completely stocked with toilet paper. Also, hotel feel with travel size shower gel and soap! 100% would stay here again!

All season getaway with pool and Jacuzzi.

My family and I had a wonderful time at David's place. The house was clean and had plenty of room for us to put our things. I loved that it was not overly cluttered. The furniture was nice and comfortable. There were tv's and ceiling fans in every room, as well as a couple of extra fans. There were DVD players and lots of DVDs available to watch. We were also able to stream our favorite apps on the smart tv's. There was a big gas grill and a small charcoal grill outside. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We spent a lot of time in both. There were several nice pool floats available to use. There was a grassy side yard with plenty of room for our pup to go potty. If you plan on staying for a while, or have a family with you, you may want to bring some silverware (or plasticware) and some additional bowls and plates. Our family of four didn't, and we had to wash dishes every day. David was great at communicating with us. We plan on staying there again in the future.
