Vacation rentals with beach access in Katwijk aan Zee

We spent 5 nights with 3 adults and a 4 year old child in the apartment. The apartment has been really very clean. In the kitchen there was everything you need. Possibly a few small spoons could be bought. There is a large very comfortable double bed in the bedroom. In the children's room a bunk bed. Comfortable and sufficient for sleeping. From the living room and especially from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea. Indescribable. Communication with Kathy was very straightforward, nice and helpful. Even though it's not cheap, we would still prefer it to a hotel and would love to come back

We liked Brigitte's accommodation very much - small but very nice :) As a welcome, there was a small personal message and a surprise on the occasion of our anniversary. The location is good if you have a car with you (for the larger cities around it), you can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes but through beautiful dunes and you have it just a few steps away ;) We felt very comfortable as a couple and would be happy to recommend the apartment. Brigitte responds very quickly and kindly and has many recommendations for the area. A big thank you to Brigitte:)

It's a beautiful, comfortable apartment and very well connected to public transportation. The main loft room is ideal and the second is elegant and wonderfully comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and every detail is nice and pleasant. There is total autonomy and Gonny is super friendly and respectful. We have enjoyed 5 wonderful days as a family!

We had a lovely few days at Yvonne’s place, enjoying the beautiful and peaceful countryside from their really excellent apartment. The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped - perfect for our needs and with the benefit of a lovely outdoor space to enjoy hot days and warm evenings. We would certainly return. Yvonne and Rob were outstanding hosts - friendly, helpful and generous - and we are happy to recommend both them and their apartment.

Oskar is a great host. He was ready to meet us as soon as we arrived and went through everything we needed to know. Apartment was filled with everything we could possibly need for our stay and was immaculate. Location is great, just a 5 min walk from Centraal station. Would highly recommend.

Merith's place was great -- super cute and right on the canal. Many shops and restaurants close by. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, there was a cool market across the canal, where you could get produce, nuts, cheese, fish, and a variety of goods. Her place is about 10-15 minute walk to the Leiden Centraal Station, which was very convenient. The public transport system in The Netherlands is excellent. We went to Amsterdam, Gouda, The Hague, Haarlem. And we were here during tulip season, so we went to Keukenhof Gardens twice. During this season, they run a bus from Leiden Centraal Station right to Keukenhof, easy. Merith's place was clean and well appointed, just as described. I recommend it!

Friendly reception right at the parking lot (this parking lot is very important for a relaxing holiday). The place was clean and equipped with a complete and well-maintained kitchen. Bathroom relatively narrow, but everything is modern and well maintained. Bedroom is equipped for four people - I don't want to imagine spending the night in it with four people, possibly in summer temperatures, because it is already relatively small. Little to no storage space for clothes. Living room equipped with dining area and sofa. TV had few useful channels, but that wasn't so important. What you have to consider is the relatively steep staircase, which you should only use with due attention. Location is very good - everything essential in Noordwijk is within walking distance - large supermarket right around the corner. Overall, everything is good - someone else is responsible for the not always beautiful weather.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Marc’s place. Everything was absolutely lovely, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it! The location is fantastic: just a short walk to the beach and the sea, and the train station is only five minutes away. We had a great time and would come back again anytime. Marc is also very responsive and friendly, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable. All in all, a fantastic stay! :)

It's a great house in a very quiet neighborhood. You can get to the beach and also to the shopping street very quickly. An absolute recommendation!

Tulipa was such a gorgeous place to stay. It is beautifully finished and very comfortable. We stayed on a family holiday with three generations and ten total people - and everyone was perfectly accommodated for. The en-suites are high end, the beds are very comfortable and the open space upstairs is lovely. There’s lots of free on-street parking, and it’s a few minutes walk to a bus stop which takes you to a train station. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here and if we returned to the Netherlands we would stay here again. A very comfortable house, wonderful big soft bed, clean kitchen and lovely shower. A beautiful outside space too- we loved it. Excellent stay

Karin's place is wonderful. It is strategically super, as the surrounding towns/cities are not far away. You can reach it easily on foot or by bike. The accommodation is as described and is quiet and a bit remote. We felt very comfortable. Karin was a very pleasant host. Thank you again for everything.

Super nice house, everything you need. Communication with Nicolien was great. Any problems that arose were quickly resolved. Helpful tips about the company. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had a great stay. The accommodation is as shown in the photos and we felt very comfortable. Mirjma is very friendly, helpful and always easy to reach. We especially liked the location. On foot you can reach many shops, restaurants, supermarket and the sea in a few minutes. And it was only 1 hour by bus and train to Amsterdam. Perfect for a relaxing stay that you can combine with a city day.

We had a wonderful time in this beachfront accommodation. The location is fantastic and the area offers many opportunities for recreation and exploration. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – their tips for excursions and activities were very valuable. The apartment itself is very luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend this place!

Staying at Suus was perfect :) Suus was always helpful, easy to reach and very friendly. The apartment is in the middle of the city, so you can easily reach everything on foot. Since the apartment is under the roof, it can get a little warm in the summer, but with a draft it works well! We felt very comfortable!

The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures. We especially liked the spacious bathroom :), but overall the apartment is tastefully and cozily furnished. The location is quiet and close to the city center, we cycled to the beach. Margriet welcomed us lovingly and was very accommodating! We enjoyed it very much and we didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back!

We really like the accommodation for its location in relation to the country's landmarks. The hosts always very friendly and super quick to respond to messages. Although the room is inside their house we never lacked privacy and we had everything we needed inside the room :)

Great apartment with good amenities in an optimal location to the beach and the promenade. Very quiet. Very friendly and nice contact. Loving decor with small touches. Kitchen with coffee machine. Coffee, jam were even included. Parking nearby. However, we did not move the car during our stay. Everything was good and easy to reach by bike and public transport. If there was anything to complain about, a few hooks for jackets inside would be good. You don't have a sea view from the apartment, but just around the corner and you were there. Conclusion: We were here in the area for the first time. If we want to come here again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment.

Floor was a wonderful host. She was very responsive. The apartment was exactly like it was described. Beautiful surroundings wonderful neighborhood. There’s a bus stop right near the apartment. It was a 17 minute walk to the train station really easy to get around. Two different grocery stores right around the corner. we loved the place it was clean. We’d love to come back again.

We were very pleased with simply everything. Baudewyn was always super accessible and helped us with many recommendations. We were also able to check in earlier, which was really great.☀️ The dog beach, a nature reserve and a very great dog forest were very close. The bus and train connections were also simply tip top. Here you can have a great vacation, especially with a dog. Highly recommended!
