Vacation rentals with beach access in Kato Alepochori

I absolutely loved my stay. I was greeted with so much warmth and kindness by Vangelis who showed Nina’s home thoroughly to me and introduced Poros as an island. Nina’s home felt cozy and comfortable from the get go. I loved reading my book and overlooking the view from the balcony and having many restaurants at an arms reach. The hosts remained communicative all throughout my stay and helped me whenever I had some travel-related questions. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting Poros.

Addresses in Athens are often hard to find, definitely use google maps as apple maps is not up to date. Arrival details should include next to Tropical Hotel. Struggled to find the property. There was several issues during our stay but Krassy went above and beyond to address them often answering messages in real time even late at night. She brought us treats and even a brand new router. My only other complaint is the road in front of the property is extremely loud having said that you can’t hear it when you aren’t on the balcony. Recommend this property and would say Krassy is a 10/10 host.

This was our second time in the apartment and we had a wonderful time again. Super central location and the apartment has everything you need. Alexandros is a great host and helps whenever you have a question. Would come back anytime.

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

The accommodation is located directly on a small harbor. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. The apartment was very clean and the communication with the host was very quick and easy. He gave us very good tips for excursions.

We had a lovely stay! The space is cozy and comfortable, even though it’s a basement-level room. It has a small kitchen that’s enough for a short stay. While it’s about a 20 to 30-minute walk to the center, the communication with the host more than made up for it. They were incredibly responsive and provided us with lots of helpful tips and information. Overall, a great experience!

This was my 3rd stay in Athens, and as usual the city has its great vibes and atmosphere, the scent of the oranges trees everywhere in the street is great and makes your memories 4D ;)). Dimitris apartment has everything you might need and if you need anything Dimitris is a very kind and helpful person who is ready to help or to provide you with what you need. The place is secure & quiet. Very suitable for couple or even small family in addition, the pets are allowed taking advantage of the outside area which has orange and lemon trees. I stayed at Xanthi's place with my three girlfriends and we had a fantastic time there. The house is lovely and cozy, equipped with everything that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable, with spacious terrace and garden (with turtles in the backyard!). There were fans both in the house and outside, which allowed us to survive the high temperatures. Additionally, all windows and door have an anti mosquitoes net so we didn't have any bugs in the house. Xanthi's house is located walking distance from both ports - Skala and Megalochori. The nearest beach and supermarket are 5 minutes walking from the house. Xanthi is a lovely host- we felt very welcome and she was ready to reply to all our inquiries. She also let us check-in earlier which was much appreciated as we were tired after a long travel. After the check-out we were allowed to leave our luggage on the terrace, as we still had a couple of hours until our ferry was departing. Overally, this was a wonderful stay!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicoletta’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, bakeries and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even providing local tips, restaurants , and things to do. Every little detail was clearly considered to ensure a great experience. I especially appreciated the balcony view. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Absolutely spectacular views and a lovely place to chill out and take in the scenery. Great little cove to explore with turquoise sea to swim in. The house has everything you need and is both a pretty setting to spend the day at and also well equipped with all the essentials like laundry powder and dishwasher tablets making life easy. It is quite remote so one of the roads to the house that google maps may try to take you on to the house was not passable at the time of our visit. Not a problem once you learn to ignore google. Frank's instructions are good and Frank was very responsive when we had minor issues operating equipment. Salamina is not a wealthy or commercial island but it has a wealth of natural beauty with rugged hills, pine forests and lots of nice pebbly beaches (small and very pretty pebbles and lots of interesting shells). There are some great beach and marina side restaurants. We could happily have stayed longer if we had the time!

The place was just as described. Since it is in the basement, it is quite dark, so you tend to turn on the light during the day. But that was also as described. For us, it was perfect because it was very close to the beach, which we enjoyed. In addition, it is located in a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. We were here in mid/late May for 2 nights to see, among other things, ancient Corinth. It was perfect for that! In addition, you can also sit on the terrace to be in the "light." I can imagine that the basement location is also a great advantage in the middle of summer, as it is probably nice and cool then. There was also fruit and homemade baked goods to welcome us and in the fridge water, margarine and jam as well as rusk-like bread and coffee powder, tea etc.! All in all: perfect for a short stay. We would do it again!

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

Fantastic Before we talk about the fantastic house and the equally fantastic place we have to talk about the amazing host. Día is so welcoming, present for any advice we need, and always with a smile. She is a very beautiful person and we are very happy to have met her. We really recommend this house,so beautiful, so relaxing, with an amazing view. We will always remember this vacation.

A large, convenient, well appointed space. Hosts of incomparable kindness and very helpful! They did everything to make the accommodation available on the requested date, they were accommodating and very welcoming! A home with lots of inclusions: emptying bags, toilet paper, soap, bedding and towels in quantity, some kitchen products, in short very convenient and appreciated! Reserved parking and a very large balcony! A big favorite for this home! It's set back from town, beach, and shops, so it requires a car to get around! I would definitely recommend this home!

We were delighted! Everything was exactly as described, very close to the center on foot, with many shops/cafes/supermarkets/restaurants around. Very easy access and very welcoming space. I am glad we chose Kostas place! Kostas was very responsive, answered all my questions before and during my stay. I didn't have to wait long for a reply! His checking in was smooth and informative! The balcony is amazing, so relaxling with amazing views! as a family of 3 it was the perfect Hub for us to go off an explore and come back and relax on the roof terrace untill bedtime! Place was clean and fresh if you thinking about booking do it!!

AMAZING! This place is just amazing. I've never had that in the many Airbnbs I've been to. Lots of attention upon arrival and perfect communication with Dionysis. A very well-equipped balcony where it is pleasant to sit and a location in a very cute neighborhood and close to the sea. I would recommend this place x1000.

Nancy was there waiting to show us into the apartment. She was kind and gave us the information we needed and was very communicative via Airbnb site. The apartment is very spacious with a separate bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. The AC in the living room and bedroom worked great. We bought groceries and were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen every day. We had all the necessities we needed and lacked nothing. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, which was great for sleeping at night. We actually did not see any people coming and going so it felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. I felt very safe as well. It was within walking distance to food and old town. We had a car rental and there was a free spot to park right next to the building for us. I cannot find a negative thing to say about this apartment. I highly recommend it.

Wanting to spend three beautiful days in Agioi Theodoroi, we chose the house of Hercules. We were really happy big and small. The house was spacious and clean. Its large terrace overlooking the sea offered us moments of relaxation. We didn't miss anything. Hercules throughout our stay was in touch with us for anything we needed. Friendly and very polite! Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!
