I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

The place was amazing. A little miscommunication on the host’s part as the place is no smoking but the same is not listed on the listing page.

The attention to detail in the decor and amenities was impressive, making it a cozy and inviting space. The location was also ideal. Lovely host, nice location. They also allowed me to drop my bags and even check in way earlier than the normal check in time. Pity that I only had one day, but still I enjoyed the stay thanks to the host.

We had the most amazing stay at Natasha’s place. She and her family are so sweet and helped us with everything we needed. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the stupa and right of of Phulbari road. Her place was so clean and cozy, it felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be staying here again if I return to KTM! Thank you Natasha!

one of the comfortable and neat place for the long stay. well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds provided. wifi speed was good. local shops for grocery were just walkable. 8-10km from main city, finding cabs or shared transport is difficult. if u have your own vehicle then it's a must go property. arjun and madam was really helpful in all the means and they really looked after very well. Thanks Arjun, will like to come back just for your hospitality.😊

Probably the best AirBnB I ever stayed in! We immediately rebooked for our next trip to Kathmandu. Naoko and her family are extremely kind and always available for help or recommendations, welcoming us into their home. The apartment is big and very light and bright. The furniture is new and everything is spotless, it's very well maintained. We loved the little balcony and access to the roof terrace above with beautiful views of the hills. The area is great if you're looking for somewhere a little more quiet in Kathmandu. It's about 30 min walk to either Thamel or Baluwatar for some restaurants and shops, although there are a few great restaurants nearby. I'll be coming back again!

I've now stayed with Ranju and her familu three different times and each time is better than the last. The apartment always gains in accommodations and small things like appliances apear anew. All the things that were there before stay the same or get even better and the location is fantastic. More than anything, if you want to stay in a part of Kathmandu that locals frequent, Baneshwor is the place to be.

Praveen ji was an outstanding host. The stay was amazing — the place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. From the moment I arrived, Praveen ji’s warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a great experience!

A very good stay. Suffice it to say we've booked another month-long stay here. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything we need and Devendra has been wonderfully helpful and friendly. The family's two dogs are great fun to socialize with. The area is off the tourist track but has lots of handy shops and markets and is just a short taxi ride from the Thamel district. It nestles at the foot of the wooded hills which surround Kathmandu and is great for walks. Altogether warmly recommended!

The place looked exactly the same as in the photos. The house was very cozy and comfortable with all the amenities. Felt like home. Nearby grocery and other shops made the stay even easier. Anamika was a great host, always ready to help for almost everything you need in a foreign country. She was very prompt and reactive to all the queries whether related to the apartment or otherwise. Most comfortable stay amongst all the stays during my 12 day trip at different locations.

We had a wonderful stay at Aashraya Jyotis place! The flat was clean and nicely kept, not in the hustle of Thamel but close by. It felt like home. :) Aashraya was very friendly and helpful in every regard and helped with all the questions I had. Thanks a lot for everything!

Naba is a great host! He was traveling during my stay, but he consistently checked in to make sure my stay was going well. The apartment is superb. It's large, super clean, and well equipped. The location is a 15-20 minute walk to the main tourist areas, yet is in a beautiful, gated home. There are plenty of good restaurants and eateries nearby to choose from. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

Naveen is an incredible host, considerate and caring. When there is something broken(e.g. rice cooker and water kettle), he provided us a new one immediately. The place is very clean and fully equipped. The location is very nice and convenient too, it’s near mart and restaurant. Would love to come here again if I visit Kathmandu!

Nous avons passé plus d'un mois en famille dans ce logement extrêmement confortable que je ne peux que recommander tant l'emplacement est idéal et les propriétaires qui vivent au-dessus sont accueillants, discrets et chaleureux. Plein de restaurants, shops a pieds du logement. Les pieces sont spacieuses, lumineuses, joliement décorées. Possibilité de laver votre linge. Plein de plantes et fleurs dans la jardin!! Un apartamento muy agradable y acogedor, con una estética muy bonita. La única pega que puede tener es no estar en el centro de Kathmandu sin embargo es muy fácil moverse con taxi y se tarda poco. Muy recomendable

It’s a fabulous little flat with everything you need in the VIP area of the city. The family who owns the place takes lots of love and pride in making their guest feel comfortable. For a longer stay I found it just right.
