Beachfront vacation rentals in Kathisma Beach

Elena is a very nice person, with a great personality, very communicative and helpful. The house is great, with everything that you need for a good stay, also very clean. It is a beachfront house, you have to walk max. 50m to the beach. The beach is mixed, stone and sand, it is quite private and very clean. I would warmly recommend that house to everyone. Thank you again Elena!

Really nice place to stay

We love Lefkada and we loved our stay at the villa! George was super helpful and quick to respond. The private water access and the lawn/beautiful garden were the main highlights. The view is lovely all hours of the day. The villa is conveniently located. Highly recommended!

What a great location. Beautiful sunrise looking out over the water with breakfast on the balcony was a highlight. Apartment located on the edge of Nidri within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes whatever you need. Ideal location for hiring a car, parking off street right in front of apartment and a great base for getting around the island. Flexible check-in was another bonus for this beautiful spot. Highly recommend. Only downside, for me, was that we didn't meet host. But loved the place.

Konstantinos and Athina's house is a little paradise and they are both such lovely and friendly hosts. The house has all the necessary amenities and the outside barbecue area is ideal. The house is in an extremely private plot with amazing views and the private access to the sea is such a huge advantage. We will definitely like to come again. Thank you !

We had a great stay - The location of this beautiful mid century villa is incredible: right on the sea shore, with a nice green yard with trees and flowers giving us the privacy we looked for. The house terraces are facing the sea and every evening we were delighted with a gorgeous sunset over the sea! The neighborhood is nice and quite, there are 2 restaurants 3 mins walk with really good food. The beach in front is a beautiful wild beach with great swimming spots, portions with sand with no stones - we were with 3 todlers and they enjoy it! The access is a bit steap but we had no problems and 5 mins walk we had some wooden stairs. The host was very friendly asking proactive if everything is fine and gave us 2 pages with reco in the area that helped a lot - thanks Vasiliki!

Niko is a great guy, we enjoyed his company. The property is located in paradise with incredible views and quiet, mixed with blue and turquoise waters. The place was clean and there is a great taverna walking distance on the beach with great food. I would highly recommend his place!

We really loved staying at Alex’s place. We arrived during a storm, and he brought us extra blankets for the beds to keep us cosy. Also he gave us some delicious home made cake! On our last day he brought us some more sweet treats. We felt really spoilt. The area is lovely. We explored the nearby island of Lefkada, and visited Mytikas too. The apartment is very well equipped- especially the kitchen, ( Alex is a chef at the local yacht club during the summer season). It was warm and cosy, and we had such a great view from the lounge. We would love to visit again.

We loved staying at Martini Suite 1 & would definitely come again! The place was as described in listing & the photos were up to date. It was a walkable distance to the town & restaurants, yet peaceful & secluded. Cleaning was provided every other day & the host was responsive to our questions. Thank you!

Had a great week @ the Ionian Nest, the accommodation was as per the listing, very clean with good linens & furnishing, well stocked kitchen, plenty of crockery pans etc. Quiet setting, 14 units & only a handful occupied so was quiet, pool area was quiet. Lovely balcony area. Really good well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk away. There are 2 restaurants locally, one by supermarket at the top of the road & Koutavos Taverna down the hill 5/10 minute walk. Both very good value with reasonable choice menu. Beach is just a couple of minutes walk, pebble beach with lovely clear water (no one else there when we went 😊) I would personally say a car is a must unless you just want a chill out holiday on the complex. Palairos has a lovely sea front area with lots of restaurants < 10 mins in the car. Susannah kindly arranged a taxi for us one evening. Worth a drive to Lefkada good place to visit with plenty of coffee bars & restaurants. Would recommended a stay & would book again.

We had such a fabulous time in Villa Senecio! The house and pool are a fantastic retreat, with the most amazing panoramic view. The outside space is really stunning- lots of places to sit and eat and enjoy the view. The bedrooms are comfortable, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air-con. We found everything very clean and well equipped - plenty of towels, including pool towels, and a well-stocked kitchen with basics like washing up liquid and vinegar and oil etc provided. We were welcomed by a lovely basket full of local produce - all of which we enjoyed - thank you so much! The pool is big and a good depth to properly swim. Our teenage kids had a brilliant time. Dimitris, who looks after the house, was a gem - very responsive and helpful. At Dimitris’ suggestion we hired a boat in Afteli beach in the south - Akis Rental Boat - were really great. Overall we really loved our holiday. Everything felt very generous and aimed to make us feel comfortable and at home! Thank you!!

I would strongly recommend Nema Villas. Nema Villa 1 is in a beautiful location, with beautiful views across the bay and mountains, with a five minute walk down steps to get to the sea. It is remote enough to be quiet and private, but close enough to Katomeri, Fanari and Atherinos to be near the action (land transport recommended - the quad bikes were perfect). The house is lovely with a great terrace and pool, and great aircon. Efi was exceptionally helpful and friendly, as well as professional and responsive. When we wanted a BBQ, one was delivered very quickly, and checkout was flexible.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa - it was very comfortable for our family of 5 with two children sharing the twin room. The pool area was lovely, safe and plenty of room around the pool to laze around. Loved the secret pathway down to the water allowing us to jump safety into the cool refreshing water. The town itself is lovely with plenty of restaurants and places to buy food. Is slightly too far to walk with young children but is doable in about 20 minutes if not too hot. Vasilliki was our other favourite town (the old port side) and a 15 min drive. Nicole looked after us and communication was very easy and responsive through WhatsAp. All in all it was a lovely, relaxing and easy week - thoroughly recommend. Thanks Penelopy.

The seaview is absolutely wonderful! Furniture of the Airbnb is simple, but everything you need is available. You have like a little "private beach" where you can put your sunbeds. Little supermarket and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the place. The view is fantastic, everything was extremely well maintained and clean. The host was very friendly and even accompanied us to the accommodation. The accommodation is very high up on the mountain, so you definitely need a car.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Vasiliki is super nice and hospitable! We will be happy to come back to this apartment. The beach directly opposite the apartment can be reached in a minute and is always good for a quick cool-down. Thanks for the nice week! 😊

Had the most amazing holiday here. Very restful with beautiful views from the balcony. Peace and quiet with just a couple of local bar/cafes and a well stocked supermarket. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Effie was almost instant with her responding usually within ten minutes when we contacted her. Absolutely indescribably beautiful accommodation. The location is amazing - you probably don't need to write more when you see the photos. And the house is very lovingly decorated with a beautiful terrace and a great garden. The amenities are sensational. Everything you need and much more was available in the kitchen. I was also very happy about the many extras, such as Drinks in the fridge, jam and honey, coffee and much more. Really charming hosts. Best AirBnB experience (thanks to amenities and hospitality) I've had. Thank you very much!!!!!

For a few days right on the open sea with beach in front of the door and great view, a great accommodation. Georgios and the cleaner were very friendly with great service. We particularly liked the location at the end of the organized beach, so you were right on the long, wild and almost empty beach in early June. Thank you.

From booking to check out it was ideal. This apartment is well appointed and well finished the bed is comfortable and the balconies allow breakfast in early sun and dinner with sundown But the real bonus of this place is the fantastic host Kiki She has advice and practical help available, unobtrusive and yet immediate. A piece of paradise on earth. Truly sublime. The house is located on the Ionian coast. The views offer serene beauty, with mountains and islands painting a breathtaking backdrop across the bay. The garden is well-maintained and has many terraces and places to repose or enjoy. The private beach offers a secluded space to swim. The house is tastefully decorated, and well well-equiped. Kitchen and living room offer all modern comfort and appliances. The design is equilibrious, adding to the peacefull radiance of the house. The bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The bathroom is fully functional. The house has AC. The owner is friendly, flexible and helpfull, providing tailored recommendations . The region is beautiful, offering a broad combination of history, nature, culinary treats, sports,... Palairos is close (2 kms by car), and has a variety of shops/bars/restaurants/... . We hope to find ourselves back here, creating wonderful memories, in not too distant a future.

The host, George’s parents, were lovely and responsive. They were always nearby and offering us what we might need. The house was clean and plenty big. My only complaint would be that it is very touristy, that may be what you’re looking for and if so it’s great. The beach is very close, but again full of tourists. Stratos and his wife are lovely.

We stayed at Manonas villa Amarylis for 4 nights. We fell in love with the view and the location. Convenient for Fiscardo or Foki beach, but also quieter being slightly away from Fiscardo. The view over the harbour entrance and Ithika is Stunning, you would never tire of it. The 1 room apartment is spotlessly clean, with enough facilities for 2 people. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thankyou.
