Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kata Noi Beach

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

Had a great time staying at Marble Villa, Julian who came to greet us was amazing, showing us all the amenities available and explaining everything in detail. The villa it self was complete and clean. They even provided toys for kids to play with, baby cots and also toys to bring to the beach. Plus point is the swimming pool is using salt water so it was great for our kids. Check out was very smooth, Julian came right on time and made sure we were all set before leaving. Overall was a great experience and would definitely come back again. Kudos to Julian!

Michael is an amazing host. He was able to provide a transfer to and from the airport. He gave many good suggestions on attractions, nightlife and just general information about the area. The airbnb was very clean. He provided extra linens and everything we needed. The pool was amazing. I had a great experience!

Had a great time staying here. The host was really helpful during our stay. Good space for us 4. One of the beds was in the kitchen. We didn’t see this in the pictures, but it didn’t matter that much to us. Walking distance to most things we needed.

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! I had a great experience staying at this villa. The house was beautiful—modern, clean, and felt very secure. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in a bit earlier than the usual time. Communication was clear throughout, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Phuket!

Прекрасный хозяин, а также рабочие в этом месте, уборка была через день иногда даже 2 дня подряд, также на территории много кошек очень дружелюбных, хоть и иногда не давали прохожу) место находится в 15 минутах от кафе и ресторанов, до моря чуть дольше минут 20-25 дорога в местности прямая удобно ходить пешком, в комнате есть все удобства от кондиционера и тд, в целом жильем довольны на все 100%

Beautiful place, lots of room, big balcony -- and two pools, one overlooking the sea. Internet was super fast, high water pressure. Big couch and bed, both very comfortable. The room is better than the photos, I thought. The condo is on a steep hill, but I was the only person to walk -- most people there used motorbike or car. The staff is also very friendly ... walkable to the beautiful beach. Great location. I enjoyed my stay. :) Thanks again 🙏

Paul is a great host. He is incredibly attentive and makes sure you have what you need! The space is located in a great location right near Kata beach and pretty comfortable. I didn’t cook in the space but the kitchen had most things. I would stick to very simple meals as it wasn’t elaborately stocked with all utensils etc. There is a restaurant at the bottom of the building where you can get breakfast and they have daily specials for dinner.

Pros: The room is nice and spacious, with a good balcony to relax on. It was very clean and check-in/check-out was easy. It’s a walkable area, but it does take about 15 minutes to get to Kata Beach because the most direct beach access is collapsing and closed. The room is also on the same floor as the pool, so it’s a very quick walk to the pool deck. Cons: I was surprised to see that the photos are not updated! Specifically, a “new” hotel building has gone up right next door which completely obstructs the Mountain View from the balcony. Everything else is mostly accurate. Additionally, after check-out, the host sent me a very accusatory message implying that I broke his TV. I didn’t (it was the next guest) and he later verified that was true with his cleaner, but I still feel he should have checked before accusing me like that. He didn’t apologize. It just left a bad taste in my mouth I guess. TLDR: It’s good value, but you might be able to find better nearby for around the same cost

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

Enjoyed my stay here! Super close to the Karon beach, you have everything needed in the walking distance (7/11, pharmacy, restaurants). There is a huge supermarket Makro 20 min away by foot if you consider cooking by yourself. Kitchen is fully equipped and I found it super convenient to cook myself :) Hosts were responsive, very helpful and took care of the cleanliness. I was not feeling good - and Surachai (co-host) sincerely offered any help or medicine, this made me feel very welcomed. Thank you for offering such a beautiful and comforting space🫶

We had a fantastic and luxurious 10 night stay! The apartment has amazing views and is very central to Kata beach, shops and restaurants. Jeremy was very responsive and the apartments were well equiped with everything you'd want for a small family of four.

Perfect place for a family of 5-6 people. Despite a little bit of stairs for our unit but well worth it for everything else. Nina and the team made sure we were happy with everything. Beautiful place with great view and kitchen and living room space. Definitely recommend if you looking for something private and quiet getaway.

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

Honestly everything looks just like the photos, and the host have helped me from A-z everything with my experience in patong. will always come back to this space when im ever in town. Pati has helped me from anything needed, and this space is right 3 mins walk to the beach and patong street. Will come back again soon! Great value and great host!

This is the kind of Host one craves on airbnb. Mary, from the get go provides all the options you want, the absolute perfect description to the most minute detail and the flexibility options should plans change. From communication to the welcome received, I highly rate this apartment for its cleanliness and location. Yes it is up a steep hill, so not ideal for everyone, but a hired scooter or car helps out with that. All the amenities one needs are available, so it's pretty ideal for a homebody who just wants to hang out at home all day. I thank Mary and her team for the great welcome.

As we ended up checking in later than planned we struggled to find the building we were supposed to to be in. But in the day it would have been easy! Ian was super helpful and lovely! The place itself was lush, very clean, good gym and amazing pool! Would recommend !!

We had a great stay, the balcony was absolutely fantastic for our family of 6, plenty of space. Zeng was extremely helpful with everything to do with the apartment, he also helped us organise our airport transfers and trips to Phi Phi and James Bond Island through his contacts, both trips are highly recommended and the prices arranged were well below the advertised rates. The transfer guys were so helpful and got us to the apartment for 1,200 each way, the travel time from the airport to the apartment is between 60 and 90 mins (traffic can be busy). One thing to keep in mind is that Thailand rentals do charge for electricity and water on top of your booking cost. We knew this before our stay but it could catch you out if unaware and you don’t have any idea what the bill will be until you check out. For 12 nights our cost came to about 5,500, about £10 a day. You need to keep available cash spare for this.

This place was amazing!! We loved this place and the host was awesome. We felt safe . If you are looking for a place in Rawi this is the place.. We will definitely be booking again for next year
