Roligt byhus tæt på centrum, natur og strand

Familievenligt og charmerende hus på en meget rolig vej i et unikt kvarter. Huset er rummeligt og har en privat have med en solrig terrasse. Et dejligt sted at nyde roen efter en dag med oplevelser. Det er en lille oase med god plads til afslapning og hygge kun 4 metrostop fra hjertet af København. Ikke langt fra huset ligger også Amager strand og Royal Arena. I får selskab af Murphy, vores søde kat, som gerne vil fodres en gang om dagen. Der er nem gratis parkering ca 150 meter fra huset.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Familievenligt hus først i haveforening på Amager, Kbh. Åbent miljø hvor fællesskab og hygge er i højsædet. Simpel living. Optimalt for par + børn. Have med trampolin. Tæt på indkøb og på bus. Midt mellem lufthavn og City: 4 km fra lufthavn, 5 km til centrum. 1 km til shoppingcentret Fields, gode cafeer og bagerier, metro og togstationen Ørestad. I er velkomne de perioder hvor vi ikke selv benytter huset 😊 Jeg har god værts-erfaring og møder mine gæster som jeg selv vil mødes 😊

New wooden house with 7 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - huge dining kitchen and 2 livingrooms. Wonderfull outside terrasse dining and relaxing area - parking for 3 vehicles. High sealings and bright rooms with roof windows. Walking distance from Metro, which will take you all over Copenhagen in minuttes. And hot water is included in the price/rent - just clarifying this after numerous questions :-)
