Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kaštelir-Labinci

Our stay was great. We were a total of 7 adults and 2 children in Nina's cottage. That was a great fit, the room layout is really perfect. The cottage is in a beautiful quiet place called Rosini. Directly across the street is a public parking space, which is why you can easily arrive with more than two cars. A playground and football/basketball court is also less than 100m away and a great activity for the kids. The cottage is clean and nicely decorated. On site there are almost everything in terms of amenities (washing machine, stove, vacuum cleaner, etc.) The pool was our absolute highlight The hosts are super sweet and ensure a great stay. In the case of the smallest problem, the contact is made directly and someone on site. We got great recommendations for restaurants, cities, beaches, etc in advance. We absolutely loved it! This place is highly recommended. I'm sure we'll be back!!

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. There is nothing that could have been better. Anyone who just wants to switch off for a few days and relax without being disturbed, Simone's house is highly recommended. Rosi is great and flexible, the property is a dream, the pool always clean and you have everything you need nearby.

We were 12 people from different families and different ages, all found a room and a bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean and super practical. From the sandwich toaster, to air conditioning and clothes rack, everything was there. You can visit Porec, Novigrad and Vrsar in the area and it doesn't take long to get there. We were also at the Cape and in Pula. It was nice that we had a neighbor dog and two neighbor cats who always greeted us outside. Mirjana was very nice as a hostess. We will be happy to come back.

This is a perfect holiday resort for families located secluded and undisturbed in a small cozy village. In addition to the main floor, there is also a separate apartment in the basement which makes this perfect for 2 families to share. The house was tidy, clean and nicely furnished. It had all the appliances and equipment you will need. In the nice weather, we still spent almost all of our time outside in the fantastic outdoor room, which had an outdoor kitchen with a large dining area and a gas bbq plate. Both hot tub and swimming pool were clean and were professionally maintained. Marina was the world's nicest host and contributed to a wonderful stay.

We had a great vacation and a very good time in Villa Duesorelle: super furnishings and great comfort, bright beautiful rooms, great large pool for our children to swim and romp. We spent 10 days in Labinci, beautiful surroundings for relaxing, reading, cooking, eating and enjoying. Many thanks to Stefano and his family, they were very friendly and our questions were always answered quickly.

We had a very nice, quiet vacation with an extremely well-equipped apartment, very nice terrace and pool for our family with pets. It was exactly what we were looking for for a quiet, relaxing vacation "away from the hustle and bustle." We'd love to come back again and again as a vacation in Istria.

A spacious house with all you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool area is very nice and a lovely garden with evening sun. The deck overlooking the sea was just perfect.

We had a wonderfool 9 days with Anita and Goran. They were very polite, great host, always there to help and give advice. Even Goran provide us and brought few liters of olive oil and perfect local wine-Malvazia for very good prise. Swimming pool is very useful with clear water and perfect temperature to refresh. The yard is very private with green fence around and few steps from studio. We will be beck there for sure in the future and recommend this place for people who like private and silent vacation.

It was a nice vacation, our girls had fun and we immediately felt comfortable. quiet place and out of the chaos of downtown. The owner also fixed an issue on the car as soon as I arrived. very helpful and welcoming We'll be back!❤️ Thank you!

We had a great stay! The apartment was really cozy, extremely clean and of a good size for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). Especially the large lovely balcony we enjoyed very much. The very best part was the amazing pool, which was huge, clean, and there were only a few other users of it during our stay. The tennis court was also a big hit with both our kids and us parents. On top of all this, we had a really good communication with Tanja and Anika, who were some super good and sweet hosts. We wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend a stay in the apartment. A huge thank you to Tanja and Anika.

We spent a month at Ariana's place. The place is extraordinarily cozy, the furniture and appliances are all new and modern. There is a courtyard and a parking space. Comfortable bed and large comfortable sofa on the third floor. We had a wonderful stay. Great internet. Fully suitable for remote work. Ariana is a wonderful host. We checked in on our own. There were no issues checking in. Ariana was always available and ready to answer any questions we had. Very quite, peaceful and safe location. I can confidently recommend this place for short and long term stays.

I spent a very pleasant week of June in Kastelir. The hosts Marija and Franjo are very friendly and their guests are quite suited, so you immediately feel at home. They speak German very well and are happy to help and advise if necessary, or for a nice chat. The place itself has a great, large balcony with a very nice panoramic view reminiscent of Tuscany, the rooms are spacious (large bathroom, large bedroom!!) and tastefully decorated. The apartment is in a quiet corner of Kastelir and all the important things of life are within walking distance. Conclusion: Wonderful rest with interesting hosts in great surroundings. Love thanks to Marija and Franjo for the nice hospitality! We look forward to seeing you next time.

Maja's place is extremely cozy and private, yet relatively close to everything you might need, including stores and restaurant. Highly recommended!

Perfect for our needs. Modern and well appointed. Everything we needed was supplied. Comfortable beds. A fantastic 8 night stay.

I don't have words to describe everything. From the host's hospitality to the location from where and easy to get to downtown, the beach various amenities in a nutshell. We had a great time and felt like home. I would say that if possible I would give more than 5 stele. A lease to return.

Very nice place, bright and clean. Since the dining room is on the beautiful balcony, the guests of the neighboring apartment have to walk past the dining table if they want to go to their apartment, but you get used to it quickly. On foot you are very quickly in the old town of Poreč and on the beach😃just ideal!

Great value for money. Everything optimal. Very quiet area on the outskirts of town. Large courtyard entrance, i.e. great parking space for the car! :) Recommended for a short trip. Kitchen equipment is perfectly adequate for two people. very modern bathroom, clean accommodation. :) The walls are a little thin, which makes you hear the other roommates/children/dogs in the house a little louder in places, but that's okay, since we were out all day. :) We would come back anytime for a short stay in Croatia! :)
