The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

The property includes a bathroom and balcony. The Rhine promenade can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, to the center of Beuel it is about 10 minutes. ( Cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets). By bus ( stop in 3min.fussweg reachable) you can be in about 12-15min. in the city center of Bonn.

In addition, the Westerwald, the Ahr, the Eifel, Phantasialand or Cologne are ideal for excursions. We are happy to give tips!

Vacation in the heart of Rhöndorf

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.

In winter in front of the fireplace and in summer around the BBQ enjoying the sunset. On colder days a campfire keeps you comfortably warm outside. Time living in Linz am Rhein

The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Sheets and towels are provided.

In the middle of nature is our popular suite at Lindenhof. Business or pleasure. Whether hiking, cycling, or just relaxing. Bruchhausen has a lot to offer and is located on a spacious terrace on the edge of the Rhein-Westerwald Nature Park above the Rhine Valley with views of the Hocheifel and the Siebengebirge.
