My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was walkable to the downtown area and harbour, but also quiet at night and not too busy. It was an easy ride from the airport and the location is also very close to the highway so it’s easy to head to the beach or other towns! Also good local bakeries and gyros in the area! :)

Our stay was perfect. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was ideal, very quiet and close to the beach. Despina was very welcoming and always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place and we'll be back with pleasure!

Amazing place. Right in the middle of the action but somehow on a quiet street! Melina was full of helpful information and even checked in to make sure that everything was going smooth. Great place with all of the things that you need for a short or long stay in Heraklion.

Perfect location for enjoying all Heraklion has to offer. Walking distance to the pedestrian friendly center of the old town. Great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Our hosts were awesome. Did I mention the restaurants? This city contains some of the best food we have ever had. Not a bad meal in four days. Upon leaving, our host got us a taxi, which is always appreciated. Highly recommend.

Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and super convenient. The elevator made it so easy to get our bags upstairs. The washer and dryer were total lifesavers, and the bed was unbelievably cozy. The AC worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Overall, I absolutely loved this place! Michalis is an amazing host - thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

We are enjoyed staying at Emmanouel’s beach side apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.Thank you to co host Erini, she was very nice to us and she picked us from bus stop to drop off our apartment. We had some snacks and drinks inside the fridge which was very helpful after our long ride to get there. Definitely recommend for everyone specially for families with kids. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay in Greenera Villa. The house is spacious and high quality, the communication with the host was very quick and easy; pool, bbq and playroom made the stay extra fun.

We had a super time with Stefani and Antonis. The villa is super, the pool was warm, the area quiet, and the view down to Herssonios and out right to the mountains was lovely. We chose it because it was walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The village is lovely and a short 5-10min walk from the villa. We were at the very end of the season, so many of the restaurants in the village closed, but we always found somewhere to eat. Herssonios is a longer walk away (maybe 30 mins) and has supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants galore, even after the season ended. We found the walk downhill to the town, and back uphill to the village fine, even with 2 kids. Herssonios itself didn’t hold much charm for us, but we found a taxi to Agios Nikolas (delightful), Heraklion’s museum (more engaging for us than the Athens archeological museum), and Rethimno (lovely old town, laneway cafes, long stretch of beach) filled enough of our days. And with a heated pool to return to, no complaints.

The pictures do not adequately capture the beauty of this place. We loved staying at Eleftherio’s home. They warmly greeted us and quickly made us feel like family. They treated us to many goodies and the house was perfectly ready for us. Modern upgrades throughout, wonderful spa like showers. The best though- The views of the mountains are breathtaking. We also loved visiting the village. The tavern gernios is not to be missed. There is a cafe, bakery, grocery and playground about a 12 minute walk away. Such a peaceful beautiful place- we did not want to leave.

We have just returned from a week in Villa Majo. We took our whole family for a big celebration week, there were 12 of us in total ranging in age from 73 to 7. The villa was wonderful, so clean and modern. Loads of bathrooms and beautiful bedrooms with pristine bed linen and towels. The views of the Med were to die for and lots of relaxing spaces both sunny and shady to choose from. It is elevated from local beaches but it takes 5 minutes by car to get down to the shore where there are loads of great restaurants and bars to enjoy. The pool at the villa is an infinity pool which was immensely popular with all ages and there was a fabulous gym and sauna which suited of our tribe down to the ground. Loads of beach and gym towels were provided which was a great help. I have to say that the star of the show was Rena who discreetly looked after us all week. She was always on hand to help out with and little requests we had and is an absolute gem. Thank you Rena you are a superstar xx

Very good stay, the apartment is central, close to shops and restaurants. The terrace is a big plus.

Extremely lovely condo. Highly attentive host. They assisted us with carrying the luggage up and down the stairs. We took a stroll to the nearby coffee shops and it was a short walk to the water.

Place was pristine,great bathrooms with lots of hot water. In a quiet neighborhood.Our host helped us get transportation to the ferry.Would definitely stay again!!

Great appartment, very well equipped, we felt right at home. We loved the printed local suggestions, washing machine, coffee capsules, history books, etc. Sometimes there was not enough hot water (maybe other guests had used it?).
