Great location, a short walk to the beautiful beach at Agios Nikolaos and a short drive up to the village. Wifi not the best. The apartment is nice and pleasant to stay in. There was no photo of the kitchen in the listing so I was glad I asked if there was a coffee maker because there wasn't so that was a minor logistical challenge since we were off season and nothing at the beach was open (but there are coffee houses and an excellent restaurant in Spoa, you just need to drive up to the village.)

We found owners very welcoming, helpful, attentive to our needs. The frequent change of linen and cleanliness of the accommodation is very much appreciated, which denotes special care and attention to guests. A small plumbing issue was promptly addressed and resolved. The sweets prepared and offered by the owner were very welcome. The car rental service directly managed by the owners of the accommodation was convenient and punctual. The place is thoughtfully furnished and very close to Amoopi beach.

The host was friendly, available to provide all the information and advice needed and very kind. The welcome gift was much appreciated by both us and our child. The location is strategic, a 10-minute walk from the center and a stone's throw from a supermarket and greengrocer. It is located outside the chaos of the pedestrian center of Pigadia. The apartment is equipped with a well-equipped kitchen, it is spacious, bright with 2 balconies, one of which is very large and almost always protected from the sun. Parking the car was never a problem. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Andreas's place and would definitely stay again on future travels to Arkasa. Andreas was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The place had everything we needed, including A/C, and we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend to others!

Nice apartment with the perfect location. Located in the center of Pigadia, main street with restaurants and cafes is 1min away. WiFi is great, fast and reliable, in case you need to do some work. Air-conditioning works good, it located out of the bedroom, so you can leave it on during night. If you get a car, it might seem hard to find place to park at first, but there is many small streets around where you can park. Host was very responsive to our requests, even let as to have late checkout since our flight was in the evening. If you don’t need “luxury” place don’t look any further, it’s clean, cozy, and perfectly located.

Probably the best view and terrace in Karpathos! When we were there (May) the sun was shining on the terrace från morning until about 18. Close to the beach, many supermarkets and restaurants, and parking is very easy to find nearby. Stefanos was very helpful when there was a misunderstanding with our booking, and everything was resolved without issue. Highly recommended!

This has to be the BEST place to stay in Diafani. the roof top deck was amazing with view of harbour. Clean, large living space, big kitchen. Good quick washer for clothes with laundry detergent. Bathroom is small & shower is not designed well as water does splash on the floor, by toilet. The ceiling in the shower is low so of you're tall it's tight. We understand space is limited so the bathroom is what it is. Margarita who is caretaker came & met us was friendly. Good WIFI. LED multi colour lighting in bedrooms & living room. Located at end of port in great location. You do have to be able to do stairs to get to the place...but so many to worry about, but still enough to catch your breath afterwards. If you eat at restaurants go to Corali for local cuisine, right near apartment and for fish go to The Dolphins..on road as you come into town. We had a place to park right below where we stayed but we were there off season, so make sure to have that arranged. Great spot!

We had a nice, comfortable stay at the apartment. The place is nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable. We overall enjoyed our time there and we hope to come back again :)

A really beautiful house, with great views, absolutely quiet and relaxing, perfectly clean. Evgenia is a great host, friendly, available, responsive and supportive at all times. Olympos is a very special village in terms of location, architecture and character. We had a great time there and hope to return one of the next summers!

Lovely place with traditional furniture in an idyllic, quiet location with an incredible view of the sea. Only some cats and goats can be heared from time to time. On the terrace the shade of an old tree gives cooling in the hottest hours. Be prepared for mosquito attacks. ;) Watching the sunrise from there was one of our highlights. We lacked for nothing. It's a great spot to explore the island, some of the most beautiful beaches are in the surroundings. There is no infrastructure in the area, so a car is really necessary for all errands or excursions. Fotini and Andreas are such kind people and responded quickly as we'd questions or needed something.

Beautiful cozy apartment with an amazing view over Finiki Beach! Finiki is probably one of the most „greek“ and authentic places i‘ve ever been to! Just enjoy the atmosphere and relax. The host was very friendly and everything matched the description. You can easily park your car and reach the beach and the lovely restaurants by foot! We will definitely come back next year!

Words cannot express how perfect this accomodation actually is. Villa is perfectly set up for a couple or small family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, shower/bathroom were suitable and front porch was great and relaxing to watch sunset. Beach, restaurants and market were all steps away. Mike was an impeccable host, very friendly and responsive. There was not 1 negative thing about our stay. In fact, we often felt like it was our own home. Do not hesitate to book this place, you will not regret staying here!!!!!!

Top was the terrace, lovingly furnished, clean, (except for the kitchen and the equipment of the kitchen...pan would have to be replaced, toaster would have been helpful). We had permanent night mosquito visits, probably through a water cistern under the bedroom window, which was very annoying. There was a mosquito net in front of the balcony door, but only in front of one and that was quite puny...the nights were not the best on Karpathos...we were in 3 different locations and only here there were mosquitoes. The mattress was also a little saggy on one side, unfortunately...Otherwise, we were warmly welcomed by Giannis and were able to express our wishes at any time. All in all, it was still recommended! Maybe something can be done about the mosquito problem 😉

This is my favorite airbnb. The location is central & very convenient with the main town and stores 40 seconds away.
