Staying at Hani's place was one of the best air and B&Bs I've ever had. he picked us up from the street beside the Nile. He drove us around and showed us a best places to eat and ordered for us to ensure that we got local prices, not the high tourist prices. He showed us to our room and offered us a Bounty of homemade food that his wife prepared. It was delicious. His prices are extremely reasonable. You get an entire apartment for a very low price and he is happy with that. I'm from Canada and I can't be more satisfied with the service. He deserves your business and you deserve his friendship.

The room is very clean and cozy. The boss helped us book a hot air balloon and helped us communicate with the hot air balloon company at 5am to tell us how to cross the river conveniently. This homestay is worth experiencing

Staying at Villa Adam was one of the best Arbnb experiences I have had. Fantastic views from the balcony and 2 rooftops, friendly atmosphere, barbeque on the rooftop, delicious coffee the host made were priceless. This property is well maintained. The location is probably the best in Luxor as it is in walking distance to food joints, stores, ferry, and historical landmarks. Thank you Adam for making my stay quiet memorable!

Very good stay. Thanks to Mohamed and Amandine for hosting us, as well as Hussein the caretaker! Amandine gave very good advice for our activities. I expected less given the price, I was very pleasantly surprised. Apartment is new. The big plus and this front yard, just for us! Having restaurants right next door is lovely. I'll come back to this apartment on my next trip.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! Upon arrival, the welcome was incredibly warm: our host was available, attentive and very responsive, which immediately put us at ease. The apartment is beautiful, even better than in the photos: spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean and perfectly equipped. We immediately feel at home there. The neighborhood is quiet, which allows you to really rest, while being close to everything you need. The accommodation is bright, well arranged, and every detail seems to have been thought of to offer optimal comfort. A big thank you for this beautiful experience, we will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises!

Hamdy is an amazing host! He made our stay a memorable one with the Felucca boat ride on the Nile with mint tea and a tasty breakfast in the morning. He is kind and has a great personality! I'd definitely recommend the Airbnb, it has a beautiful Nile River view, a nice pool area, beautiful garden and the apartments are spacious. Nice and quiet area, opposite of the East bank. A short walk to Banana Island as well.

I stayed here for a month and had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, well laid out, and ideal for two people as we each had our own private wing, which made it feel even more comfortable. The view is beautiful overlooking Luxor Temple and Sphinx Avenue, and the location is both central and quiet, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to work full time from the apartment. There’s even a nice cafe next door where I could work while still connected to the apartment’s Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are large, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Abdelaziz was a responsive and helpful host who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a longer stay or remote work.

I’m going to give this full marks even though there were some negatives! Check in was easy and flexible and the photos almost don’t do it justice. The apartment was huge with a large balcony with a Nile view and lovely swimming pool. It’s shared with another villa of which another couple were staying. There seems to be a ‘staff member’ or two always on site which was a strange set up but good as you could sort of ask questions if needed. The Wifi went down for the last 24 hours which was an issue but I think this was an issue in Luxor. Worth staying this side of Luxor as it’s peaceful and get less hassle! However I think we were ripped off a bit with the taxi, the non English driver mis quoted us leading to an angry owner. Also trying to book a tour with the owner proved difficult as he didn’t give us enough detail of the itinerary so we used someone else but overall it’s a fantastic apartment to relax in and base yourself.

Staying at Mons Villa was the highlight of my trip to Luxor. The villa itself is incredibly luxurious, nestled within a beautiful Nubian village that gives you a real sense of the local culture and warmth. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and elegant – with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on! Mon, the host, was beyond welcoming. From the moment I arrived, he treated me like family – arranging airport pick-up and drop-off, and making sure everything ran smoothly. He also offers an amazing sunrise hot air balloon experience, which gave me a breathtaking view of the Valley of the Kings. What makes Mons Villa truly special is that Mon personally takes you to hidden gems in Luxor that you wouldn’t find in a typical tour. His hospitality, local knowledge, and attention to detail made this trip unforgettable. Thank you so much, Mon, for everything! I genuinely enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor.

this Villa was very nice and the price was very cheap...First we think it can be true😃😃 Saleh was very nice .. the rooms was Clean and nice Style ...we have a terrace with nice nile few...the Pool was very nice and Clean . IT was very nice to sleep there...we will come again .. inshallah 😃😊

We had a great stay, the flat was nice and Ahmed Ali was very nice and considerate, the location is generally speaking quieter yet not far from the center by boat. Only the internet a bit slow

Fantastic apartment. Has everything you need. The view is beautiful and offers a bit of serenity compared to what you find in the city center and at many of the historical sites. The hosts are super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking a tour with them. They're both Egyptologists and will take you off the beaten track to see places with no other tourists. It was incredible to have tombs completely to yourself. Had a great stay!

Nice new apartment located in a local area near the railway station and 15 minutes away from the waterfront and the Luxor Temple. It's also close to the market and bus stop. The apartment has been recently renovated and has new furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary accessories. The bed linen is clean and new. Hot water is available and there is a washing machine and TV in the apartment. All equipment works perfectly. This apartment is definitely better than others.

Great stay here in Luxor. We were a group of 6 that were very grateful for the responsiveness of the host. The stay was clean and modern. Would recommend to anyone staying in Luxor!!

This place was one of the loveliest stays in Egypt. With a great view over the Nile, amazing breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. the service was really good and all the staff, especially Ashraf were very helpful and organised many trips for us including a sunrise balloon trip at very reasonable prices

Ali was an amazing host the apartment was spotless with modern high quality had made furniture fridge freezer large and wi fi and lovely flat screen TV stunning views from the roof terraces of the Nile and the mountains lovely outside terraces and balconies for the apartment too and washing machine Nothing was to much trouble for Ali who arranged our trips too and transport everything was taken care of, this was an exceptional host and owner thank you Ali for making my stay so special and bring so available at all times I would highly recommend this place to all my friends Thank you Ali

First of all, thank you very much Gaber and his team, I feel at home here, first of all, the room is very hygienic and very clean and the facilities are very complete, the location is also very superior, it is only a 5-minute walk to Menon Elephant, the security facilities here are also very complete, you don't need to worry about safety issues at all, when I arrived at dawn, Gaberber and his team were still waiting for me, which made me feel very guilty, but it also reflected that Gaber is a very kind and responsible person. When I didn't arrange my trip for the next day, Gaber helped me contact a taxi to take me to the station, which made me very grateful. In short, you can completely trust Gaber and his team!

good safe area. short walk to restaurants, supermarket & ATM. 5 minute walk to marina to get water taxi to East side of Luxor.

The property is at a walking distance from the port. We were given two units because of our family size of five. I didn’t know/realize up until a day before we checked in. Unit 7 has a good view of the Nile. Unit 6 could barely see it. The units were generally very clean with the exception of kitchen appliances. Some devices didn’t work but it was OK in our case since we had two units. The location is safe and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Ali was very helpful and courteous. Very good communication. He even allowed us to store our luggage for a few extra hours, which we were very appreciative. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again at Ali’s building if we ever go back to Luxor.

Mahmoud is a great host. He even cooked delicious Chinese-style meals, spicy sauce included! He’s thoughtful when preparing food and always waited for everyone to sit down before opening the meal together. The rooftop is spacious, with beautiful views of the sunset and nearby fields. There's even a fun echo - you might find yourself singing up there without realizing it. Communication was smooth and Mahmoud was very helpful throughout the stay. Mahmoud could help to book hot air ballon for you with reasonable price, though due to the weather we couldn't make it at the end. There’s a free washing machine, a big kitchen, and the location is convenient - about 10 minutes' walk to the ferry, with plenty of restaurants around. You would likely be greeted by friendly local grannies along the way haha. One tip: during summer, the first floor stays cooler - the top floor can get a bit hot, which might affect the air conditioning. Would recommend staying here!

It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy, clean linens. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and great local recommendations. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.
