Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. On the island of Hästö in Karlskrona is TinyHouze. TinyHouze is a small house renovated into a modern and comfortable living. Here you live as in the countryside with beautiful nature and rich bird life, but still very central! Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for 150kr per set. Final cleaning is also not included but can be purchased for SEK 300. Otherwise, you can easily clean yourself. Equipment is available. Beautiful Wämöparken is close by with nice hiking trails. The sleeping loft has a 140 cm wide bed, and so is the sofa a sofa bed (160 cm) that can also be used. Close to Dragsö Camping, Saltö beach and to the city center. Free parking in the area. The guest house is located detached on the plot, next to the main property. Private entrance. There is access to chromecast TV but no channels.

The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.
