Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Cozy cottage right by the sea in Matvik harbor.

The cottage is simply and cosy furnished, with marine interior details. Directly outside there is a patio and parking with possibility to charge an electric car (cost SEK 5/kWh). WC and shower are located in common service building (35 m). Barbecue available on the harbor plan (35 m) and sea kayaks can be rented from us. Nice kiosk that is open all summer can be found in the harbor (50 m) and the archipelago boats depart from the dock (100 m). Beach on the other side of the bay (2 km). Grocery store is located in Hällaryd (3,5 km) and in Karlshamn (9 km).

Our cabin is for those who want to enjoy quiet days in the forest with their own swimming jetty, sauna and excursions. During the right season, there is also a good chance to find mushrooms in the forest and in winter you can relax in front of the tiled stove and maybe even skate on the ice. Lovely seaside cabin!

Make new memories in this one-of-a-kind and peaceful space. Here you live at the top of the mountain pebble among the treetops with an ocean view. There are plenty of cozy hiking trails and wonderful swimming areas as well as you quickly get into the city center by car in 5 min. The guest cleans up after themselves before check-out, but if you want cleaning, it can be booked for a fee.

We rent out a cabin on our plot of land. It is located leafy and nice and nice about 200m from the sea. There are good opportunities for both fishing and swimming. The cottage has sleeping loft and tiled bathroom. It also has a lovely porch with a view over a meadow with horses.
