We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

The apartment has wonderful energy and it is convenient to do everything: cook, do yoga, watch movies on a comfortable sofa and so on. Tеtiana is a wonderful photographer and the walls of the apartment are beautifully decorated.

100% recommended. This is our 2nd time staying at Katrin & Lukaš's place, and will always be my first choice when looking for a place to stay in KV. The place is clean, cozy, comfy, fully equiped kitchen, laundry and bath. I always feel right at home when staying with them. Very family friendly and in an excellent location. Just accross the street from a really good Italian restaurant and small grocery store where you can find most of what you'll need, and a short walk from the colonades.

A modern kitchen area is featured, equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Open shelves display cups, while sleek countertops provide a clean workspace. Under-cabinet lighting enhances the functional layout and invites a bright atmosphere.

Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir haben uns direkt heimisch gefühlt und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof oder im Stadtzentrum. Dennoch ist die Gegend vor allem nachts sehr ruhig.
