This unique home offers panoramic views of Køge Bay, with views of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. We are a family consisting of a Danish-Japanese couple, two dogs, two cats, sheep, running ducks, and chickens. We care about ecology and sustainability, and love growing our own vegetables and herbs in the garden. "Farm to table" Breakfast (Japanese or Danish) can be ordered no later than 4 PM the day before. Breakfast is not included in the price and is paid on-site with either MobilePay or cash.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.

There are great opportunities for swimming and surfing. It is possible to play paddle tennis, rent bikes and take the train to Køge. The beautiful hiking route along the coast, “Trampestien”, also starts in Rødvig.

The old mill has been completely renovated and is now a cute 40m2 guesthouse. It holds a kitchen with a fridge, stovetop and oven, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area and two loftbeds (180×200 and 140x200). The house is located about 20 meters from our main house, so you will have access to your own private part of the garden with fruit trees, a nice patio with a barbecue, eating area and lovely views of the surrounding fields. You also have your own driveway and parking space.
