Beautiful villa! The best kept and maintained pool we’ve ever seen! The pool was maintained every other day by a wonderful couple. Willem was always available,if needed.safe and friendly environment for our 5-strong crew ages between 2 to 74 years old! Happy to recommend!

We rented four people. We are all very satisfied. A house we would prefer again, much more beautiful than the ones in the image. The hosts were friendly and answered every question very quickly, we had a smooth check-in. The house was exactly in the location we wanted. We wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you so much for everything, we are very satisfied with everything.

It is new building, so everything is new. Near you can find 5! supermarkets. I had a car, so for me it was not a problem to go to the sea. But you can use taxi also. Erhan speaks English and he was very friendly. Price is also good.

The villa and the view is amazing. Perfect stay for families. The villa had everything you need, and you can easily find nice restaurants and shops just 5 min away. Perfect location if you would like to stay by the sea and explore the city which is charming.

We stayed for 5 nights with my wife and daughter from August 26 to 31. It was a great experience for us. We didn't encounter anything negative in the meantime. It's in a good location. Sea view. Great location to watch the sunset. There's almost everything a home should have. You feel at home. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the kitchen section that will allow you to have breakfast and dinner. The pool is large enough and spotlessly clean. Definitely at home. Mr. Taner and his wife are very caring and friendly people. With the wireless projection device provided by Mr. Taner, he was also enjoyable to watch movies and series in the garden. Apartment was very good But AC was in living room far from bedroom and it switches off automatically when you leave which is not practical in such heat The apartment is on top of a hill so you should know that it’s fairly easy to go out yet impossible to walk back to the apartment. Unless you are someone in your 20’s and work out daily, it’s not doable. We had to get a taxi every day which was not ideal Everything else was perfect

The host, Mr. Kayhan, was very interested in the issues directly, the house was really spotless, towels, bed sheets, bathroom, and toilet were sparkling clean. The location of the house can be reached anywhere without using a vehicle very close to the beach and the center. There are almost all small household items inside the house, including a coffee maker, and it is very clean. In general, there is no noise etc. in the building, it is a very peaceful environment Having a private parking lot makes it very easy for you not to deal with the parking problem in a very busy neighborhood. I can say that it is the best alternative to choose, I highly recommend it.

This was one of the most beautiful apartments I've ever stayed in. In it you will find everything you need as if you were in your own home and more. This house, which is right in the center of Alanya, was a great experience for us. The house was clean, there was nothing missing, we felt like it was our own home. The host had been very helpful and friendly. They were easily accessible and provided solutions when we needed them. We stayed for my graduation and the host celebrated with a little surprise, thank you very much. We were very pleased.

Spent a fantastic 2 weeks in Selcuk’s apartment, very relaxing environment great location with local restaurants and shops, beach close by and the area has lots to offer. Alanya centre is only a 45 minute walk along the sea front. This apartment is perfect for 4 guests to be comfortable I would highly recommend and would definitely love to return. Selcuk is a wonderful host and is available should you have any questions very approachable and friendly

Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail, the landlord is very kind and hospitable. The location is very central but there is no noise, it is quiet and very clean, my son and I were very pleased with the gym and pool, I recommend it, we will come here again

The apartment is located in a very nice complex with many offers. Everything is within walking distance. Adem was very friendly and the communication impeccable. We were somewhat bothered by the fact that we had to specify the check-in and check-out times exactly, although a self check-in is specified. This is very limited in flexibility. In the future, a little more attention must be paid to the cleanliness ( e.g. crumbs in the oven from other guests). We were still completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Great location, easy walk to the beach, town and lots of amenities close by. Very spacious, internet was good, and having the office in the second bedroom was great to use. The apartment is very big a spacious too. Building has an elevator and two good size balconys. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We were a family of 6 there and everyone loved it! The apartment corresponded to everything in the description! Also the contact was great . If what was, azis came right away , I think he's like a caretaker! The car rental also worked out super mega friendly, the organized Karim for us . Murat the car rental also mega kind and accommodating. So if you want to rent something, I recommend asking Karim about murat . The excursions were great . We stayed at Dimcayi which is a must for everyone! To go to another city or area, the 1 bus is very good, which runs about 30 minutes per person 1€ directly to Alanya. We would come back anytime, felt very comfortable. Especially the little ones in the pool, which was always just great until 10 pm. The only thing that is not so nice, that is the beach as it is only stone beach there I recommend waterproof shoes ! the market ( Mondays ) directly 5 min from the apartment is good and cheaper than the others !

Ruhi was very kind and helpful. We could reach him at any time of the day, and whenever we needed something, he brought it right away. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. There are bakeries, markets, and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. We were really satisfied with our stay. The internet was also good, and the house was spacious and bright. We had a lovely time there as a family, and we would love to come back again.🙏🏻🥰

We had a lovely stay with our three young children. -Spotlessly clean -Modern clean bathrooms with powerful showers and well functioning toilets -Fairly well equipped kitchen (dishwasher tabs and oil not included) -Nice balcony. -Good tv with Netflix etc -Playroom downstairs which was well used by the kids -Gym with modern equipment right opposite playroom -swimming pool and small outdoor playground (pool not warm) -huge playground right near apartment -helpful host, organised Transport for us at very short notice! Thank you Pragma for a lovely stay. The apartment is even better than the photos.

I had an amazing stay! Ozgur was an amazing, responsive, friendly host. The apartment is as exact as the pictures and everything was awesome!

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!

In Alanya, we stayed at Yakup Erkus's place in Sol Garden for a week. The apartment is only 800 m from Oba's lovely beach and Cornish (8 minutes walk), and the single bedroom apartment is very nice in size. We found it like new, very clean and tidy, and had all the things needed for a very comfortable stay; Yacoub even had snacks, fruits, and water for us upon arrival. He was extremely friendly and responsive, ready to attend to all of our needs. There’s an outdoor pool (not open during winter season) and playground for the kids, and it has a good new coffee shop that served tasty breakfast, coffee, and turkish tea among other things. Yakup kept in contact with us to ensure our needs were met. My wife and I highly recommend the host Yakup and this place to anyone who is interested in coming to Alanya and is looking for a peaceful and calm vacation away from the crowds of Istanbul.
