Welcome to our great cabin in the fantastic outdoor area Skoganvarre. The cabin is located in the heart of the superb hunting and fishing terrain, by the shallow beach by a large water connected to salmon-bearing river. Snowshoe trails 100 meters from the cabin. Nice hiking trails in peaceful area. No visible neighbors. Road all the way up to the cabin - The cabin is located 30 km from Lakselv and 40 km from Karasjok - where you will find a rich Sami cultural life. - No smoking, animals inside (may be caged in the hallway) or party!

Charming Cottage by Karasjoka

Lovely round deck cottage in amazing surroundings. Wood-fired sauna. No power or water inlaid. Great hiking terrain in the area. Proximity to fishing water. 12 km to Karasjok, which has a lot to offer. Pets are welcome. There are duvets and pillows. Bed linen by agreement. Both beds are 90 cm wide and the bunk bed is 75 cm wide. Extra mattress in outhouse. Fresh outhouse and water can be collected in the river. Assebakte, as the space is called, is a popular starting point for hiking over the expanse of Alta both summer and winter.

The cabin is located 37 km from Karasjok, 38 km from Lakselv and 11 km from Skoganvarre. Nearest airport is in Lakselv and there is a bus between Lakselv and Karasjok, the cabin is secluded less than 50 meters from the road. Scooter trail, trotted ski slopes. A perfect spot for small game hunting, hiking to mountain lakes, salmon rivers, and berry rides. Simple kitchen, fridge/freezer, electricity but not water.

If you are interested in seeing the northern lights without light pollution, interested in hunting and fishing or want to stay a few days in nature, this is the place for you. We have a completely renovated holiday home located 10 meters from the water's edge for rent. There is a road to the door, no visible neighbors. The property has running water and fiber internet and is in the immediate vicinity of the slopes. This is a unique and quiet place to spend a few days away from the daily hustle and bustle.

The outdoor area is sheltered and has a large porch for sunny days and lawn to frolic on.
