It is a modern and stylish apartment with a brand new building and all the furnishings. The apartment is at the entrance, and everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. Our house is certified tourism residence. Our professional cleaning team makes sure to clean before you arrive. All your needs related to your stay are provided before your arrival.

To share your moments and add a new one to your memories, we would like you to take a break in this unique home on 12 acres of land in Urla Kekdukepe. If you want to be aware of some things about life, this is the place. Our house has 1 king size double bed measuring 200 x 200, 1 single bed and a large sofa. The number of beds is increased with inflatable beds for extra people. Rabbits, cats and squirrels will accompany you during your stay.

A mini chalet with a magnificent village and pond view, where you can enjoy the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the coast such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the village's stone oven and visit our village market.
