Niederotterbach is a small village located a little off the beaten track of the big wine villages of the Southern Wine Route. Alsace, the German Wine Gate, the Palatinate Forest, Landau and all other sights are easily accessible from here by car or bike. At the winery, you will experience an apartment that is furnished between modernity and history. It impresses with a cozy charm with lots of wood and attention to detail. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2021.

The motto for our farm is "slow down." We, that is Andrea and Tom, have realized the dream of "living with the animals" in beautiful Alsace. We have our ponies Coquine and Cerise, our cats Milow and Söckchen, our two dogs Maya and Lotte, as well as our flock of chickens with the rooster Fritz. In summer, "our" swallows delight us with their chirping. Here you can experience nature and regional culture at any time of year. In no time, you switch over to relaxation.

Kuhstall am Weinberg

On the southern Wine Route, surrounded by nature, surrounded by vineyards, not far from the French border, is our almost 100-year-old cowshed. With a lot of love for detail, we have created an oasis of tranquility, nature and coziness. From here you start a visit to the French neighbors, the famous Dahner Felsenland and its almost endless hiking trails, the numerous castles and many other activities that our beautiful Rhineland-Palatinate has to offer.

We are pleased to host you in our accommodation which is located in a completely renovated old farmhouse. It is located in a small village in Northern Alsace, 5 minutes from Wissembourg where you will find many activities, restaurants, shops etc. Private apartment located in a quiet area, warm and tastefully renovated. It is located on the 1st floor of an outbuilding with a very nice ceiling height and exposed beams. The garden invites you to rest.

Nap corner: suite in the heart of nature

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

This renovated and bright apartment offers you a modern and pleasant living environment. Its proximity to the city center allows you to fully enjoy the city while ensuring tranquility, comfort, and easy access to all amenities. In the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park, the cottage (former barn) is part of an 18th century farmhouse that has been completely renovated. The 45 m² duplex has a 22 m² private terrace with views of the vineyards and orchards. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed) and garage (parking for electric car). Non-smoking accommodation.
