House vacation rentals in Kaprun

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

The house is beautiful and the kitchen is super furnished, you can cook immediately. Also the dining room is great - the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom is great, the other rooms significantly smaller, that also applies to the bathroom. But it worked. The floor creaks loudly, which was unusual, but that's just the way it is with farmhouses.

What a lovely place. Spacious, well designed and has a lot to offer. Beautiful views and great amenities.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. whether it's a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "individual" sleepers than normal. I highly recommend the hostess!

The kitchen was well-equipped, and the mesmerizing mountain view from the deck was unforgettable. We loved spending time in the cheerful winter garden, playing table football (kicker) and unwinding in the relaxing sauna. Sandra was quick to response our calls and polite throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately, we were only in this great house of Ute for two nights. Ute is a great and warm host. We will be happy to come back. Unfortunately, the house is booked well in advance. We can only do it at short notice. Thanks Ute for the nice days

Beautiful place! We loved the local hikes, summer toboggan, and exploring nearby towns.

We had a great time at Mark and Merry's spacious home. The house is well located close to the village and the bakery is a 10-minute walk. We did several beautiful hikes, however, we had to take the car to get there. The Klamms, as they call them, are beautiful. The area is beautiful at the foot of the mountains, you can see them directly from the back of the house. The bathrooms are extremely large and we enjoyed the multiple toilets and showers which simplifies life with several people in the house😉. Only negative point I have to add for people allergic to dust. Probably due to the fields surrounding the house, there are carpets which makes a lot of dust. Also I would have liked some flowers like in the photo.

A great house in a beautiful location! Bernhard was very easy to work with. We enjoyed playing ping pong and eating out on the porch with the gorgeous mountains in the background. We were traveling with our young kids who loved the house and yard too. We hope to come again.

It's just gorgeous here: great location with mega hiking destinations in the immediate vicinity. It's pleasantly quiet. The cottage is very well appointed, sparkling clean, and is cozy. The hosts live right next door. Angela & Roman are very attentive, friendly, tolerant, helpful and: They give their guests maximum privacy. Here everyone is welcomed with open arms. Highly recommended!

nice little place. Beautifully quiet and yet very centrally located. Bus stop is very close and thus also supermarket etc. Host was very hospitable and likeable. Highly recommend

A wonderful house with everything you need for a relaxing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to do walks, bike rides and visit restaurants straight from the house. Jannis was a great communicator and always helpful when we had questions.

This is a lovely house and cozy for the Family. We enjoyed our stay and had lots of fun frome the Free summer cards to lots of activities in Zell Am See. the kids loved it and so did we.

Beautiful accommodation. We were there with 6 adults, a child and a dog and had plenty of room. Beautiful quiet area and super friendly people. The place is as described and the photos show.

We were with 6 adults and 2 children in the accommodation and had a very nice stay. The house is well laid out and equipped, the rooms are not very large but sufficient. The kitchen was super equipped and invites you to cook. Everything was very clean and the check-in went smoothly (key must be picked up in the neighboring village, which was straightforward).

The larch lodge is highly recommended. We have rarely had such a well-equipped apartment and felt really super comfortable. The view from sofa on the mountains is beautiful. For our dog there were even two bowls and a nice blanket. The surroundings are very quiet, you can walk directly with the dog and are at the next ski lift in 10 minutes. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice and well located AirBNB. Clean and top location - ideal for skiing! Due to the transparency and being fair to the tenants, however, you would also have to attach a picture of one of the four rooms in the Airbnb, in which there are 4 "beds" on almost 4 square meters, so you can hardly stand in the room. Only pictures of the "large" rooms with double bed unfortunately convey a wrong picture! All in all still a mega - airbnb!

We stayed at the property for 10 people for four days over New Year's Eve. It was all impeccable and we had a great time together. The ski slope is within walking distance and the walk on the lake was beautiful.
