Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

The house is beautiful and the kitchen is super furnished, you can cook immediately. Also the dining room is great - the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom is great, the other rooms significantly smaller, that also applies to the bathroom. But it worked. The floor creaks loudly, which was unusual, but that's just the way it is with farmhouses.

From check-in to check-out, everything worked out fine. Very friendly host who is easy to reach if you have any questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the accommodation, especially because of the good location.

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

The kitchen was well-equipped, and the mesmerizing mountain view from the deck was unforgettable. We loved spending time in the cheerful winter garden, playing table football (kicker) and unwinding in the relaxing sauna. Sandra was quick to response our calls and polite throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful short vacation with Ute and her family. The location of the apartment is beautiful. Fantastic for our children, too. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and received many great tips for everything. We will certainly be happy to come back and thank you for a wonderful holiday.

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Were there for a short weekend trip in Zell am See. From reservation to reception to check-out, everything was great. Very nice, absolutely quality place. We would book again anytime.

Charming place! Isolated in the mountains with stunning views. The cabin is amazing, clean and comfortable! Looks like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The cabin is about 15 minutes' drive from the center of Berchtesgaden, for us it was great, but it's worth considering.

It’s been an amazing time in Kirchberg. The house is such a wonderful and beautiful place. Just a view minutes (walking distance) from the city center and nearby hiking trials. The apartment is perfect for a group of people. Haven’t seen such a well equipped kitchen at a Airbnb.

Great place to stay for our 3-generation stay. Everything is very practical and very nice. Well equipped and high quality. Hostess was super friendly and helpful. We especially noticed the high-quality kitchen equipment, the great beds, the terrace with the fantastic view, the good parking facilities and the tranquility. It was also a perfect place for our two dogs for the week. If we absolutely have to find something negative: The vacuum cleaner looked spacy, but did not vacuum well🙄.

We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

Very warm and welcoming host. She waited for us even when we were late and settled us in nicely explaining the apartment. Very nice surrounding with very good view of the alps and snowy mountains. Very well stocked kitchen and very clean towels. Totally recommend if you are staying in the area. Will definitely visit again.

Very nice and clean house. For 4-6 people a perfect size. Location is quiet. Everything is easily accessible by car. Various opportunities for shopping and skiing. We didn't have any issues. We would come back.

Very nice and well located AirBNB. Clean and top location - ideal for skiing! Due to the transparency and being fair to the tenants, however, you would also have to attach a picture of one of the four rooms in the Airbnb, in which there are 4 "beds" on almost 4 square meters, so you can hardly stand in the room. Only pictures of the "large" rooms with double bed unfortunately convey a wrong picture! All in all still a mega - airbnb!

It is a 3 floor building, it is difficult for old people to go up all the time, and hard to bring the bags up. In general, it is very clean and nice with nice srroundings. 2 bedrooms do not have air condition. It is 5 star for sure. Everything you can think about is there.

A wonderful stay in a very pleasant apartment. All the comforts you need! Elfi is a very good hostess. We were pleasantly surprised that the coffee was ready and that we found a cozy basket in front of the door halfway through our stay. Communication went smoothly and cozy. For us a good base for a few beautiful ski resorts! If that's convenient, we'll definitely be back!
