Niederotterbach is a small village located a little off the beaten track of the big wine villages of the Southern Wine Route. Alsace, the German Wine Gate, the Palatinate Forest, Landau and all other sights are easily accessible from here by car or bike. At the winery, you will experience an apartment that is furnished between modernity and history. It impresses with a cozy charm with lots of wood and attention to detail. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2021.

"Tiny cottage" in downtown Bad Bergzabern. The cottage consists of a high, bright, open space with a gallery. Downstairs is the living area, the small functional bathroom with shower and an open kitchen, upstairs are the beds. At the large dining table or in the two cozy armchairs with poufs for your feet, you can settle in. The cottage is the ideal chic "base camp" for nature experiences in the Palatinate Forest, tours to nearby Alsace, the vineyards and much more.

Kuhstall am Weinberg

On the southern Wine Route, surrounded by nature, surrounded by vineyards, not far from the French border, is our almost 100-year-old cowshed. With a lot of love for detail, we have created an oasis of tranquility, nature and coziness. From here you start a visit to the French neighbors, the famous Dahner Felsenland and its almost endless hiking trails, the numerous castles and many other activities that our beautiful Rhineland-Palatinate has to offer.

Keep it simple at this peaceful place, a 5-minute walk to the city center and its beautiful ramparts. The apartment is bathed in light throughout the day. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area and a large living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate toilet and bedroom. The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissembourg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a 1.60 m bed) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility of cooking (two plates, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, a microwave...) You will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.
