This unique place has a style all its own. Newly built and opened in October 2023, the host lives in the management room on the ground floor, but it feels like you are renting the entire building. The entire 2nd floor is private. The spacious LDK, centered around the Graftec island kitchen, is of course the most characteristic space of the villa, but the sky terrace, with its outdoor sofa, sauna (available from 18: 00 to 22: 00), jacuzzi, and a projector up to 100 inches, allows you to enjoy movies and more. In addition, there is a full-scale BBQ grill from Broil King, made in Canada, so you can enjoy a barbecue at any time, and you can also enjoy the feeling of glamping. (The BBQ grill is better suited for thick steaks than for so-called yakiniku meat.) This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. This house was built 120 years ago and stayed by a lot of people who have plan to go to Koya-san. The house is in front of the river and you can take a look. It will make relaxed. We can do tea ceremony, if you want. We have 2 toilet and 1 bath room with big bath tab made by a Japanese special wood, Hinoki. There is a 24h super market, Okuwa near the house.(5 min away by a car) And high rank Japanese beef restaurant(2 min by a car) You can enjoy Yakiniku.
