I am a regular at this place. I have never been disappointed. Everything is perfectly managed. Swift checkin, ample parking space, sparkling clean, helpful staff and the host (Jyotishman) is a true gentleman. He will be in constant touch during your stay to help you out with anything you need. The host is an extremely friendly person and the place feels just like home. It’s a fully residential area. So you won’t feel too lonely. I stayed with my parents. All of us loved the place. The linen was crisp, the place very tidy , exactly like in the photos. The kitchen had all the amenities. Definitely going to stay at this place someday again. The host is very warm and is always prompt with his responses!!

Great location! Very well maintained and spacious apartment. We were traveling with our dog and had no issues with that whatsoever, even the other building people and staff were very friendly and that was great! Whatever minor issues we had, were immediately sorted by Naman and his team. Extremely responsive and helpful.

Had a great stay here. The room was cozy and well-decorated. The view from the stay was lovely, and everything - shops, food, transport was nearby. The best part? Their two pets, Dexter and Joji. Both were super friendly and adorable. They really added to the warmth of the place. The hosts Mr. Adani & her wife were also amazing, very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions or needs. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and well-connected stay.

Great stay! The apartment was cozy, clean, comfortable and exactly as listed. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen to whip up a homely meal. Its situated in a peaceful location but close to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive. One minor suggestion would be to add a vanity mirror in the bedroom.

we loved staying here, the apartment was much more spacious than we expected and we felt right at home Deepangshu was a brilliant host in sorting out any issues that arose and giving reccomendations. you have to go to bamboo heights if you stay here the thali's are delcious, fresh and huge portions it was just how an airbnb should be, it was our own little home for a few days and we made great memories here

best cozy environment for couple and the balcony view is amazing at night

The stay was cozy, the amenities that were mentioned were there. It is a near perfect stay for two-3 people. Though kot listed anywhere, but we were hoping for a television and the kitchen is good for small time cooking like daal bhaat or tea, but nothing complicated. All of that, however, are small short comings compared to the easy of living there. Nestled at the heart of city, but at a peaceful residential area. The host is very responsive and made adjustments to make the stay seamless.

The place was nice. What stood out was the responsiveness of host. He always responded and took care of every request made. He arranged for extra bedding and as well allowed us for little late checkout due to our flight timings. The stay was pleasant. Will definitely recommend.

Really good experience! We arrived early to Guwahati from an overnight bus journey and Jayanta was very generous to give us an extra room for the early check-in. That really helped us out. The location is great. Many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pharmacies etc. are only a couple walking minutes away. The apartment had all the facilities we needed. Modern AC, kitchen with good utensils, nice shower - all good. Can definitely recommend and would stay there again if ever coming back to Guwahati!
