The host, his wife and staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. We were invited into his family. By the end, my friend and I felt like family. The place was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and his staffers lived on premises as well available 24 hours to provide any assistance or help with errands. You would be crazy to spend the money at a hotel if this is available.

The place was awesome, with vibes of Retro opulence and modern comfort. Dulna & Pinak were extremely friendly host and made sure we felt at home and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and decorated with minimalist furniture & tastefully done. We have found friends there in Kailash Retreat.

It was a peaceful stay. The location of the property is very good. If you are looking for a homely stay you can definitely book this.

Host was very responsive, location is extremely good for visiting Almost anywhere in Guwahati you have to get familiar to local Transport Bus which you can get to by walking. They will serve vegetarian food if asked and even recommend good vegetarian restaurants nearby. You can dry your laundry on the terrace. Definetly will recommend to anyone who visits Guwahati, will come back again with family

Great place to stay. We were traveling as a family and we had enough space. Nice outdoor patio with great views. We arrived in the morning and were hungry. Some breakfast food was in the kitchen and tea was provided. Bandana was so nice to think of us. Hope to be back next year!

The place looked exactly like the photos. Do not expect a standard hotel type experience as a lot of the furniture and decor was vintage and it really added to the ambience. The bathroom is really tiny but that probably because that how bathrooms were set up in the old days Vishal and his team were very accommodating to my needs which was a night time check in and a late afternoon check out. The food was outstanding and I appreciated that both breakfast and lunch was provided much later than the designated times purely for my convenience. As a host, Vishal was very communicative and helpful. It is slightly costlier than the average Airbnb cost in Guwahati but it's worth it for the ambience and the food. Definitely recommend.

Bibi is a gracious host whose place is spotless and welcoming. The room is accessed through a separate staircase, so it is private, with a tiny verandah facing the beautiful garden. Bibi is very kind and helpful, allowing for a late check out for me and also taking a parcel for me. The complimentary breakfasts she serves are lovely as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was in a quiet lane off the main zoo road with lots of cafés and shops on the main road.

Abhijit was easy to contact and quick to respond. He hosts a nice property beside the lake. My mom and her friends enjoyed their stay there.

It was a very pleasant stay at Mr. Subodh's place. The rooms were clean and tidy. The little garden outside was fun to hang out with friends in. Mr. Subodh was very friendly and helped with so many things. We even struck up a few conversations here and there. Great place and a great host.

Very tastefully done place. Central location with good eateries around the place. Debajyoti was a great host, not to mention the domestic help at the bungalow that was extremely nice and helpful. Compares to any good corporate accommodation with all amenities needed. Will definitely choose this over a host of other hotels in Guwahati.

Great place with beautiful interiors. The house-help and staff at the property were just amazing ! The place is very close to the Brahmaputra bank and has great restaurants and things to do around! And specially amazing if you are taking your Furry friend along!
