The house was newly renovated in 2020, located between Kyoto Station and Kintetsu Toji Station, just a few minutes walk to AEON MALL and Kyoto landmark Toji Five-story Pagoda, within 200 meters of Lawson, 7-11, Family Mart, Fresco Supermarket, Fresh Market, KFC, Mos Burger, Yoshinoya, Matsuya, BOOKOFF, Cinema Kyoto Minami Kaikan, etc. The house is a brand new two-story one-house building in a quiet traditional neighborhood in the south of Kyoto, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, up to nine beds, free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine + dryer, air purifier, etc. It is about 900 meters from Kyoto Station, 12 minutes on foot, and only 150 meters from Kintetsu Toji Station, 2 minutes on foot, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions in Kyoto. In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Kyoto City Hotel Industry, guests are required to provide their passport, residence card, and other identification documents for registration before check-in, and we will pay the Kyoto City Accommodation Tax on behalf of the guests.
