Communication with the owner prior to arrival was excellent. To all my questions, I was almost immediately answered, re-evaluate - truthfully. Regarding the house for our family (two adults and three children) - perfect. In the lower part we slept, the upper part used as a living area, a kitchen and a large terrace comfortable. The house was all that was needed, if necessary, washing machine (which is always useful with children ...) The place is very quiet, full of olive trees. There is no trade, it is necessary to commute 10 km away Achillio (from the owner we could use the car for a small fee on gasoline). Here you can buy almost everything. Most have praised the meat from the local butcher. Not far away, were also purchased from fishermen freshly caught fish. The place is pleasant summer bar, but we did not use too much - on the beaches were nicer kids :)). The Space I recommend to visit !!!

Mr Vaggelis is the embodiment of what we call Greek hospitality. Open-hearted and helping from the beginning, he made us feel like home by providing us with everything we would need for our stay. The 10 of us had an amazing trip and we would highly recommend the property and the host for your stay.

Loved that there were lots of pots and pans and just a bunch of stuff. It felt like home - a lot better than most airbnb's that are stripped down to the bare minimum. Less than one minute to a peaceful walk along the water. Even closer walk to a nice grocery that even had a bottle of Jamesons Irish Whiskey for sale.

Beautiful place that made you feel quite friendly, quiet neighborhood and spot that is the house but also close to the center. I'll go for it again maybe in the future.

Oreino Livadi is really what we hoped for, an amazing place right under Parnassos mountain. Quite with a beautiful view, the lodge was as new, very clean with all the facilities. The host is so friendly, eager to help us have a great time. All in all we had an amazing time.

On a great beach. A short drive to restaurants and a supermarket. Not walkable, but the beach and the view makes it a perfect spot to rest, relax, swim, and do laundry after a few days of hectic site seeing. It is a gem.

It's a beautiful house like a small museum. George's house was convenient and great in everything, including its excellent location and spacious parking lot. Recommended for travelers in Delphi.

This villa is very spacious and perfect for bigger group of people. We just spended all the time outside - pool, bar, cooking food at outside kitchen - THE BEST! and also we dined outside. Weather was great so we did'nt want to be inside at all ! Owners are very lovely, communication was fast and they was helpful, if needed.

Fantastic location, great house, lovely pool. This property is not in its first flush of youth but provided an excellent location for a large multi generational holiday. Easily accessible from Athens. The views were stunning.

The ultimate feeling of relaxation and relaxation. A mountain villa with very easy and quick access. The house provides everything and the view is breathtaking. Our stay at Theologos was amazing. The views do not disappoint and the villa is stunning. Modern, clean and comfortable. The hosts were flexible and helpful, allowing us the best stay possible. Sunrise and sunset through the windows are amazing.

Fantastic house with a great yard and cozy spaces. We were 8 people, and we enjoyed it full time. The pool and bbq were the great ones, the house was spotless and equipped with all the basic tools/materials/items (eg shampoo, oil, kitchenware, towels). The location is 200 meters from the sea, in a quiet village with 3-4 neighboring houses. Host and Mrs. Athina very helpful and friendly. The house is just like in the photos . We'll be back for sure.

The place is simply beautiful. breathtaking. The house has everything needed and then sum (like JBL that we could use while in the pool). Nice games for children and adults. Cozy throws in the living room. And the AC worked superbly, which was a concern during these extremely hot days. If we come to the area again, I will definitely try to book this house again. Amazing house and location Exceptional views from the terrace. When we went, it was half a meter of snow. We had a lot of trouble parking, but it wasn't the host's fault. It would be nice to have shovels for the snow somewhere in the house. Luckily we had our own or we wouldn't be able to park anywhere.

We had a great time, large private space with large pool. You can do various activities such as basketball, tennis and many more in the playroom that adults and children enjoyed!! The house is spacious with air conditioning everywhere. Rena the host is very kind and welcomed us with pleasure!! Thanks for hosting!! We would gladly visit again!

The property was clean and modern and right in the seafront. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a lovely stay together with our daughters at Eirini’s place. The terrace near the beach is great! We had both enough sun and shadow. We used the grill a few times. You can have nice walks on the beach, depending on the tide, or among the olive trees near to the property. The sunrise is amazing from the upstairs apartment window, from the terrace, or the beach :)! We hope to visit again!

We felt comfortable in Andy's beautiful house from the first moment. It is very lovingly and individually furnished. Anda baked us a delicious quiche to welcome us and brought eggs from her chickens. She was always quick to reach if we had a question and took great care of us. We had some cool weather at first, but in the house it was so cozy that we liked to spend the cool days inside. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea - really great! And in the evening we enjoyed the starry sky. You definitely need a car to shop and eat (tavernas in Oreoi at the harbor) or for the beach. There is a nice little pebble beach at the Taverna Agrogiali - Kouvelis Constantine (good food) behind Kastri (about 35 min) and a beautiful sandy beach behind Loutra Gialtron (also with good tavernas), in front of the Club Med (about 1 hour). We visited this place with my parents for a week. It was better than we expected. Very clean, spacious with a beautiful huge garden. What makes this place unique is that it offers you the calmness and space you need, but if you fancy a bit more noise, you can always go to the nearest town just 3 minutes drive or at Kamena Vourla just 12 minutes drive. Near the house there are 2 great tavernas, each of them unique for its own reasons, I will not recommend a specific one, because I think you should visit both and decide yourself. Regarding the beach it is just across the road, 50 metres from the house door and you are into the water. It is a huge beach with almost no people at all, maybe because the see has a lot of natural see weed on the bottom which didn't bother us at all, but maybe some people don't like it. Also the water is very quiet from early morning until midday, it gets a bit wavy during lunch and gets calm again after 6 pm. We had a great time, we will visit again.
