Make sure your flight is from haneda and it will a be a super convenient thing. Haneda is like 15 minutes by train. There is a train directly to narita too. The place is spacious, my kids has a lot of space to move. It is clean and has many amenities (they only don't have spatula). The elevator help us with the stroller to the 2nd floor. I thought it will be noisy because the apartment is beside the red light but, I assure you it is not. The two stations are great with many restaurants and food options. There is supermarket 300-400 meter on the right after you go out JR kamata stat. The host has a quick response and will help you.

My second stay here. The location is a simple 10 minute walk to the station and main enoshima street. The room itself was larger than it seemed in the picture. The water pressure was great in the shower and the toilet was super high tech. I was able to cook easily with the rice cooker. A totally affordable and excellent place to stay! The building is older but clean so I didn’t mind at all.

地點距離車站只有約十分鐘路程，而且沿途都有商店方便購物和餐飲。這個地點鄰近機場，車站，來往橫濱或台場都很方便。屋內的設施相當齊整乾淨，入住check in 是自助的，對於長者會有點麻煩，但年青人的話問題應該不大。唯一的缺點是鄰近馬路，晚上車輛如果響警號會打擾休息，但這也算是交通便利的一個取捨吧

Some people run their Airbnb just as a business, but it's clear that Yudike and Asami have a genuine passion for hospitality and meeting new people. One glance at the adorable guestbook lets you know the level of care and consideration that they put into every aspect of their property. We stayed as a family with one child, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Odawara is a wonderful, vibrant, and entirely friendly city that is bound to blow up in tourism over the next few years. Everything is four minutes away -- the station, Don Quijote, Daiso, dinner options, family breakfast chains, a bus to Yunessun. I will definitely be back, and hopefully able to stay at this exact same spot.

很喜欢横滨的慢节奏，但是中华街真的很热闹，但是这个民宿在中华街的边界上，所以也不吵，房间很干净，也很明亮，香氛味道很清爽，非常好的住宿体验。

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!
