Our apartment is very close to the city center. Walking distance to the beach. We have a hotel and restaurant next to our residence. A La Carte is open from 8:30 am to 00:00. Our restaurant is called Milo by Roas and your exclusive 10% discount is available. We have a private pool. We have a children's pool. At the same time, our guests can use our hotel area and pool.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a month, and the size was perfect. The location is pretty great. Everything is in 30min walking distance (Bodrum downtown but also Gümbet, which is another bay). It's on top of a hill though, so if you don't like walking there's always the Dolmus very close by (local small bus that leaves every 10min). The terrace is huge and has an awesome view of the marina. If you visit during high season, you might hear the loud music of the clubs. They are across the bay, however, the landscape directs the soundwaves to the apartment. Weird phenomenon. Luckily, the bedroom is on the other side of the house and it's always quiet to sleep. Ayca is a great host, communication is fast and flawless. Would definitely book again!

An overal winner. apartment was spacious, clean and had left water and coffee pods as a welcome. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Outside pool terrace has a view to take your breath away. The location was fantastic. An easy 10 minute walk down to the marina. There is a little dolmus that stops outside should rather bus it down. I would happily book and stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it ❤️

It was the best stay we've had in a long time; we felt right at home. Burcin and his family were very friendly and hospitable. The accommodation was also quite clean and had all the equipment that could be in an apartment. It was located at the bottom of the sea; it had its own free sun loungers and tables where you can eat while watching the sunset. They have great hosting, they're very friendly and help you with everything you need before you and what you can reach. They also offered their grapes in the garden at the last checkout, and they were very hospitable. Besides all these positives, we also had a lot of fun; we recommend it to everyone. Our friends who stayed elsewhere were also amazed. It is a place we will choose collectively in the coming years. .

Accommodation is very centrally located in the middle of Altinkum, just a few meters from the pedestrian zone. The rooms were very very clean and the amenities were spotless. The living/ dining area even overlooks the sea and one of the three bedrooms, as well as the living room, has a balcony overlooking the sea. Checking in was very easy and the building in very good condition. The value for money was 1A! Clear recommendation!
