You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

All the indoor details have been cared for and a rarely stylish and atmospheric interior design has been carried out in the small simple house from 1978. It pours in with sun from the large green garden with both south- and west-facing terraces and there is only 100 meters walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the woods on the edge of the slope to the sea.

The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The path continues to the fantastic market town of Ebeltoft with good trading opportunities and fairytale cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

One of the most amazing Airbnb's I have stayed in! The view is just amazing, and matches the photos. The kitchen and living room is really spacious, and the surroundings are easily walkable. Will be back and can definitely recommend!

Highly recommended apartment for a visit to Aarhus! The location at Bessin 7 is perfect for activities. There are sports facilities (squash, beach volleyball, calisthenics, surfing, swimming pool, wakeboarding...), restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a large promenade. The bus stop is also a 3-minute walk away and offers a quick connection to the city and the train station. The apartment itself is super cozy and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the balcony while we could look at the wakeboard facility. Even with the balcony door open, it is quiet, as no cars drive in front of the apartment. Pia was very helpful and quickly available as a host. Thanks for the place! :)

This host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. There was friendly and responsive communication. The apartment was easy to find and was spotlessly clean and close to the sailing centre which the reason for our visit. There was a nice bakery, a few restaurants and a supermarket close by. The walk into town was a reasonable walk but there is a bus stop close by, that takes you straight in. The apartment itself is very cosy and perfect for 2 people. We could easily cook meals and wash clothes. It had everything we needed and we felt very safe and secure. The balconies were lovely and the view is really nice. The neighborhood is very modern and the architecture is fabulous. We had a great 2 week stay here! Thank you!

Ebeltoft is easily accessible by car and has a few nice and pretty cafes and shops to offer. We especially liked the harbor. The surroundings of the summer house are so quiet and idyllic and thanks to the great amenities of the house you can also spend a cozy and beautiful time in changeable weather. Completely unique and very spacious accommodation (we stayed in the former parlor) with beautiful and private garden and also nice cafe and football field. Very easy access to the lovely beach (bathing shoes recommended) and delicious bread that can be ordered in the café. We had to check out because we ordered a very delicious brunch in the café. Everything is available in the house - and the beds are made on arrival. Thanks for a wonderful weekend🙏

Our stay in Ebeltoft was absolutely amazing. Peter is very nice and met us at the home and showed us around and gave us tips and tricks. The home is very clean and there were really beautiful lilies in the vase. With a view over the water and sunset in the evening, we just enjoyed our stay. Peter wrote to us to see if everything was as it should be and wished us a safe trip home. I have nothing but positive things to say about the host and the place. Definitely worth a visit.

Upon our arrival, we had some difficulty finding the right driveway, as it was easy to miss. But luckily, Helle was waiting for us a street before and showed us the way. We were very warmly welcomed by Helle and also by Jens and Line. The accommodation has everything you need for a few days to explore the beautiful city. We hardly needed our car because you can walk to restaurants, art exhibitions, shopping and the Frigate Museum! And if you want to drink a beer or wine in the evening and like live music, you will find a nice bar just around the corner ;-) We felt very comfortable and thank you very much for the great accommodation, with our hostess "Helle" ;-) Best regards, Nicole and Manfred

We had a nice time in the cozy and lovingly furnished apartment. It's just a stone's throw to the beach. By car to Aarhus also no problem. The apartment has everything you need, the amenities are very good. There is even a small place to work with a very good internet connection. The street in front of the door is busy, but the bedroom is at the back and it is very quiet there. All in all, a great choice
