Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Dusch och WC med egen brunn samt varmvattenberedare. OBS, tvättmaskin saknas. Hyresgästen tar med egna sängkläder och handdukar. Tillgång till varmt bad (39 grader) året runt med cirkulation för rening. En roddbåt ingår, medtag egna flytvästar. Stugan är rök och djurfri! OBS! EJ för festande gäng!!

Här får ni bo i Äppelrummet på vår privata tomt. Fantastiskt läge med utsikt över Kalmarsund. Ni har 120 meter till Kalmars populäraste bad med 180 meter lång badbrygga och även en sandstrand med långgrund sandbotten. Ni har Kalmar slott och Gamla stan i direkt närområde. Mitt emellan centrum och natur och friluftsområde. Bara 500 m till närmsta restaurang vackert belägen i slottsallén. Det finns två cyklar som man kan hyra för en mindre summa.

Välkomna att hyra vår mysiga stuga på ca 33kvm precis vid havet på ön Oknö utanför Mönsterås. Läget är fantastiskt bra ca 80 meter till stranden. Du har nära till ett antal badstränder på ön och det är två campingar på Oknö och en restaurang. Du har ca 8 km in till Mönsterås som har flera olika affärer och restauranger och ett vattenpalats. Du kan även njuta av lugnet på vår stora trädgård på ca 2500kvm ihop med ägaren på Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

Fräscht nybyggt (2023) fritidshus med egen badbrygga. Huset är ljust och trevligt med badbryggan 25m från huset. Huset har alla bekvämligheter. Utemiljön kommer att uppdateras efterhand med uteplatser och dyl. Vid bryggan finns även en liten roddbåt ifall man vill ta sig en liten tur i den vackra skärgården, kanske vill ni testa fiskelyckan? Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
