Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Guesthouse by the sea at Gränsö, close to Västervik. The guesthouse is approx 35 sqm, with one bedroom for 2 pax and one livingroom with a sofa bed (120 cm, 2 pax). Nice kitchen seating 4 pax. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
