Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kalkhorst

The cozy little cottage, overgrown with fragrant roses, was just right for a break. In the morning you wake up with birds chirping, in the evening hedgehogs run across the terrace. An idyll with super lovely hosts who live next door. Lake Ratzeburg can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

We were with 3 families in the house and had a very nice weekend! There are 3 ways to shower or bathe - which was great with several people. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The garden is fenced and beautifully planted. The kitchen is super equipped with everything you could possibly need. The way to the beach is about 20 minutes on foot, if you walk comfortably. It is a beautiful natural beach. We were kindly allowed to come in earlier and stay a little longer. Thank you very much!

Our arrival was very well prepared (cleanliness, towels, freshly made beds, "welcome greeting"); the hosts were immediately available for questions. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You feel right at home. The 2 existing parking spaces are of course luxury :-) In the village itself there is no shopping, everything is a little outside (about 9 kilometers). However, the place is a good starting point for excursions by bike/car, e.g. to Boltenhagen, Lübeck, Wismar, Schwerin Rostock. Recommended!

We felt very comfortable in the small cottage by the lake! The surroundings are pure paradise! We are there - surrounded by the wonderful old trees, the view of the lake and the many bird sounds - immersed in nature and have recovered, as we have not done for a long time. We felt very comfortable in the rustic apartment. Very clean and conveniently furnished. We also liked the large fenced garden very much, so that our Sally could romp around. The location is also great, 200 steps to the bakery/near and fresh, 200 steps to the promenade/beach and directly opposite the Italian restaurant and next to a Greek one. More options on the promenade, which with a length of 1.5 km really surprised. In any case, we recovered well.

We had a very good stay. The apartment is as described and thanks to the nice phone call, no questions remained unanswered. We thought the offer with the bike was very good! So you can quickly reach the beach. The smallest could play in the garden and everything else you need for a stay was there. The flexible check-in was perfect for us. We had a wonderful stay! The place was just as described – very clean, well prepared and in a wonderfully quiet location. The private lake was a real highlight and made our stay perfect. Host Martin was very friendly and always responded quickly to our questions. Clear recommendation!

We had a very nice four nights in Rebekka's apartment. Check-in is super easy thanks to the key box and the apartment offers everything you need and is very lovingly decorated. Above all, the location overlooking the countryside and the corresponding tranquility are very pleasant. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

There were two of us with a dog over an extended weekend at Peter's. He could not be present himself, but the mother-in-law welcomed us very kindly and “accompanied” us during our stay. The apartment is small but nice, with everything you need. Everything was clean. A highlight is the large, beautiful garden, which we and our dog enjoyed to the fullest. In addition, you can quickly reach the sea by car - whether, for example, in Grömitz or Kellenhusen.

I can only agree with all the positive reviews, because the apartment, its location and amenities, and also the communication with Christian were really great! However, I would like to highlight two things that have never happened to me in an AirBnB apartment: Christian was there when I arrived and explained everything to me, if necessary. This has never happened to me before. On the table, there were flowers in a glass of water, lively, living, real, not plastic. I've never experienced that either - but I really enjoyed it. Thank you, Christian! I would love to stay in your apartment again when I'm in Wismar.

We had a very nice weekend at Gabriella & Burkhard's place! The apartment has everything you need, is quiet and has a perfect location. We particularly liked the large terrace, the modern kitchen and the tennis court right outside the door. By bus and train, you can get to Lübeck or Neustadt super fast. Also noteworthy is the super friendly communication before arrival with lots of information and the warm, personal check-in! Thank you again and we will definitely come back :)

Diana's yard is great. The children can run around, play, visit the horses, there is much to discover (we were lucky to hear small owls and finally see them). At the beginning, we were skeptical, because the listing says that you can enjoy the squawking of the geese and the mooing of the cows. There are no cows on site and only one goose :-) Also important to mention is that the terrace is not directly at the apartment. However, Diana was very relaxed as a host in this respect - we were allowed to put the garden furniture in the house/apartment, even if there was no designated area for it. The apartment is very clean and very tastefully furnished. Kitchen well equipped. There are no children's cups or dishes. The accommodation lacks things like sugar or coffee powder, which did not bother us as tea drinkers. It's definitely a great place to unwind.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this beautiful farmhouse in the quaint village of Mollin, Germany. The surroundings were serene and picturesque, providing the perfect backdrop for a restful and memorable three nights. We relished the chance to slow down and soak in the tranquility that only a rural setting can offer. Dajana and Frank were incredibly down-to-earth and friendly, making us feel like part of their family. Their fresh honey and walnuts were a delightful treat, adding a special, authentic touch to our stay. Frank even catered to our dog's desire to keep chewing several sticks by offering him new sticks every day. These little gestures made a significant difference and contributed to the overall charm of the experience. We left with hearts full of happy memories and a deep sense of gratitude. This farmhouse in Mollin is truly a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, authentic, and memorable getaway.

I was in the apartment with my dog from Friday to Monday and nothing was missing. The communication with Bergi was optimal and straightforward. Glad to come back!

We had a great time at Katharina and Christian's! We were there for 4 days for road biking. The apartment is lovingly, invitingly and cozily furnished. You're right at home. The garden is great for a relaxing breakfast in the countryside or a cozy dinner. It is super quiet and pleasant and the apartment really has everything you could need. Astrid's apartment is fantastic. It is furnished with a lot of love and care and has everything you need. Communication with Astrid was very good, as I was helped immediately with questions. What I really appreciated is the privacy that was maintained, even though Astrid lives in the same house. I had absolute peace and could enjoy my time. In summer, as it is now, the apartment is pleasantly cool. The surroundings are wonderful and it is worth walking to the Kellersee, which is only about 5 minutes from the apartment. The city center can be reached in about 7 minutes by car. All in all, a wonderful stay. I'll be back for sure.

I was quite spontaneous for three nights in Lea's apartment and everything worked great. A very cozy and clean apartment with attention to detail. From the terrace, you can enjoy the tranquility and the view of the inland lake and in front you can reach the beach directly with a few steps. Parking spaces are sufficiently available and the parking pass gives you a small advantage. I will definitely return :)

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was very well equipped (hairdryer, laundry rack for the balcony, many spices and kitchen utensils already available). The apartment was very clean and has a quiet location. Nice reception with welcome drinks (bottle of wine and water), as well as personal message.

The Airbnb met all expectations. It was easy to reach and sparkling clean, definitely worth the money. The neighbors and school opposite made some noise, but this did not negatively affect our stay :)

The host is very responsive, she gave a initial tour of the apartment and showed where everything is. The property is in great location very near to nature. Nearby you have a Netto super where you have EV charging station

The accommodation is really as beautiful as in the pictures: very spacious, stylishly furnished and comfortable. The bathroom is brand new and the kitchen is a dream. The balcony opens onto a quiet, green garden area - unfortunately the weather was bad, otherwise I would have liked to sit outside in the evening. To the front, living room and bedroom, there is a relatively noisy street, but if that bothers you, you can close the very well insulated windows. 😉 Two supermarkets are within walking distance in about 10 minutes, and on weekdays a bus runs almost in front of the door to Travemünde. I felt very comfortable!🌞

It was a very nice, comfortable, modernly furnished and well equipped apartment in a prime location just minutes to the beach. We will be happy to come back.

Great little apartment, with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Very quiet location! But in 10 - 15 minutes walk you are on the beach or on the promenade of Travemünde with all shops and restaurants. The host Thiemo is always friendly, always available and has sent good information in advance and also during the stay. I don't think it was the last time I was there. Thank you, Thiemo
