Clean place, close to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops.

Fantastic stay! The unit is part of a resort so we got upgraded when we got there to a what looked like a full one bedroom apartment, with a living room and kitchen and washer/dryer that actually saved our life after muddy hikes, and a wrap-around balcony with recliners and a table. The amenities were great too, free beach towels, pool and hot tub, outdoor grilling area, access to a gym in their sister resort (which is right nearby). There are also free activities in the resort every day, my favorite being a Mai Tai hour on Fridays. My only complaint is I wish there was regular cleaning provided. We were informed upon check in that if we needed any cleaning we had to inform them, but when we asked for new sheets we had to change them ourselves. Other than that, almost perfect stay.

Beautiful condo in magical north shore Kauai! Our location in Princeville was perfect and so close to everything we wanted to do! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, multiple beaches and Queen’s Bath! You can also arrange to be picked up for a shuttle at the Princeville Golf course (10 minute walk) to go to Hā’ena State Park for the dreaded (and beautiful) Kalalau hike! You need to make a reservation 30 days in advance. The Princeville Plantation offers a lovely pool and BBQ area. The condo itself is very well equipped and the beach chairs, umbrella and towels are nice and new! Eric was a great guy to work with and provided a ton of info about the area. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful place looking out over the beach. Here are some things to be aware of! - Kauai is full of chickens. You will most likely be woken up each morning by roosters cock-a-doodle-dooing. 🙂 - Kauai is humid. Enas provides a few fans, and on hotter days, these will be your friends. There is no A/C. - The windows to the unit are not paneled windows. This leads to an element of more-easily being able to hear what’s going on outside from inside, and being able to hear what’s going on inside from outside. You will feel cozy with neighbors.. that’s all. - The beach out front has a tide pool, which is great for exploring. We spent time watching the fish and crabs in the tide pool. - Kapa’a is a great central location on the island. Great access to the north (Hanalei, Princeville). Great restaurants and hikes nearby in Kapa’a. Decent access to the south east and south parts of the island. - Enas had some cold water and ice in the fridge/freezer, which was great!

We loved Meg’s condo and the area, it was the perfect place for our stay! The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had such a relaxing vibe. We truly appreciated all the amenities provided, it made everything super convenient and comfortable. The location was great for exploring, and we also appreciated the local suggestions. Every one of them was spot on, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Our first hike to Anini Beach was such a memorable experience! We would definitely come back to Meg’s place for future vacations. Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us!

The resort itself is beautiful and the apartment met all of our expectations. View from the balcony was lovely as well. We would definitely stay there again if returning to Kauai

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! Quiet and beautiful area and very close to various food and shopping spots, as well as only 8 minutes from Hanalei bay. Michal was very communicative and helpful. Wowie wow. Unreal views…cozy and modern interior…perfectly laid back and magical! Todd did an amazing job…thank you for an amazing vacation! Quick hop over to Hanalei…our 6 year old loved running up and down the rolling grassy hills and exploring the property…just perfect.

Very beautiful location Easy to get to local shops and beaches - very lush landscape

This lovely home is private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It was a perfect place for our family to stay and enjoy both the natural beauty of north shore Kauai and the fun outdoors. The views of the mountains and greenery from the back of the home are amazing as is the sound of all the birds. Donkeys and horses came tight to the back fence, which our young daughters loved. Great beaches are minutes away. The home is not a far drive from Hanalei and Princeville, and there are also beautiful beaches along the way, so we visited and ate there a few times. This home is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful area and home. We loved taking morning walks and exploring. Jonathan was very helpful with recommendations and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Having a vehicle ready for us at the airport was a huge lifesaver since we got to skip the hassle of a rental vehicle. We had 7 people in our group and having a vehicle big enough was important. Some of our best memories were made on our trip to Kauai.

Laura, the co-host, was exceptionally proactive and responsive. The accommodation exceeded its advertisement, and parking was convenient. Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, the rental's location was ideal. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and would book again!

Awesome place to stay! House was very clean and modern with a lot of thoughtful details. Location is perfect for exploring all that kauai has to offer, given proximity to wailua river, the easy drive to northern beaches, but also to southern areas for Allerton, etc. Peter was very responsive and suggested some great hikes that weren’t on our radar. But we also just enjoyed being in the house for down time after all our activities, with windows open and that ocean breeze blowing through. We didn’t want to leave.

We loved Shana’s place! This was a perfect spot for our annual girl’s trip - our first time staying on the north shore and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space, great lush backyard, close to the Princeville shopping center and a short 10 min drive to Hanalei Bay. The place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The house was great for a group! Check-in/out was keyless but couldn’t do either early or late. Didn’t hear from Jake during our stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. I wish I could hire the owners to decorate my own house because everything was just stunning. My daughter said, “this is my dream beach house!” We appreciated how well stocked everything was. We felt right at home. All the beach gear was perfect for our family of 5. We also appreciated that the check out “to do” list was short and sweet. We loved the açaí bowl place that was within walking distance and we loved how close the condo was to Hanalei town. My only suggestion is if you’re traveling during the summer months, stop by and turn on the AC units in the rooms before going to explore the town. We didn’t and regretted that because it took a little while to cool down the house. But after a couple of hours, the condo was very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book this spot- it’s great!

Amazing stay on our baby moon. Used the gym everyday and it was perfect. Sea lodge beach is one of our favorite hidden spots. Joel was so easy to communicate with and extra thoughtful with little details throughout our stay. Will be back again!

We loved staying in this property on our recent trip to Kauai! The property was easy to find, Adam’s instructions were great, and the inside was perfect for us as a couple! It was clean and exactly as described. We loved neighborhood - so many great places to walk for exercise and many things to do. We walked to Happy Talk Lounge, 1Hotel, and it was a very short drive to Hanalei and beaches on the north side of the island. The book of recommendations was great as well! This is a great option in Princeville and we would definitely recommend it!

Wife and I have been married 43 years and this was our best vacation ever. We love Kauai, but have never had the beautiful views and convenience we had with Allison's place. She is very vested in making sure you are taken care of and happy. She was so responsive...we couldn't have asked for better treatment. The view from our lanai was spectacular! I was diagnosed with Parkinson's right before our trip, so we were around the resort a little more than we had planned. It could not have been better. We all know that going to Hawaii is not cheap, but we left this place feeling like we really got our moneys worth. The condo was beautifully decorated and was comfortable from the moment we entered. I can't overstate how pleased we are with the way Allison treated us and the beautiful place she provided for us. We are looking forward to our next trip to Kauai. It really is the best Island in our opinion. Thanks again to Allison and her team for all of their caring and professionalism.

We had an amazing stay at Gail’s place on the Ocean. Poipu beach was within walking distance, and it was an easy drive to several awesome sights and great restaurants. The views and ocean sounds were incredible. Gail was super helpful and communication was easy.

I stayed at this place with 2 kids. Beach is 1 min from the entry door, very safe and peaceful. Not crowded beach at all. Great small restaurants right there. Parking available. Cute little place perfect for us. Patricia and Katie was always ready to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. Very beautiful surroundings, roosters, chickens, small chicks and different kinds of birds everywhere which we found very cute. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

The place was great: just as described, spacious, and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. We even had a couples massage in the unit and there was plenty of space for two massage tables in the living/ dining room area. The lanai was great for dinner and relaxing. Only thing I’ll say: there is no AC. Which is clear in the listing, but if you’re not familiar with Kauai (and Princeville specifically) it’s pretty humid. There are lots of fans which were great, but being an upper floor unit it was never as cool indoors as outdoors at night, even with every window and door open and every fan on. We did just fine rinsing off in the shower a few times a day, but if you’re someone who needs it to be cool to sleep I would just keep that in mind.
