Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kalideres

Super recommended place, would be back here when I’m back in Jakarta. The place is spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfy, high speed internet and nice surroundings.

Great place to stay around the Senayan area! The location is super convenient—just a couple of minutes' drive to GBK (Gelora Bung Karno). Perfect for events, concerts, or morning jogs.

Definitely a place we will return again, which we've did several times now :) !

Super good location, would love to visit again

We wanted something close to JICC to attend a seminar and we were so lucky to find this apartment right across the road! Setiawan was such a great and accommodating host. He even went out of his way to help me with some doc printing! The apartment is clean and sufficient for our needs. There are also eateries right outside the condo. Thank you so much Setiawan for the hospitality!

Stephanie is absolutely incredible. Always quick to respond and her staff delivers any requested items within the hour (sometimes within minutes). One of the most responsive host. Was very impressed. The condo complex itself was brilliant. For an 8 year old condo it was extremely well maintained and well staffed. The outdoor swimming pool was not heated but was not cold even on days when it just rained. The gym was decent and had everything for a standard workout. Indoor swimming pool was warm ish. The lifts was always fast and well ventilated. The lobby was nice and cool and plenty of comfy seats. The place itself was fantastic. High pressure hot water. A ok size bath tub. Toilets flushed well. 3 very cold air con. Internet speed measured 30-40mbps download. Fast enough for a child on constant Roblox and Netflix. Washing machine and fridge were both looking new. The floor was high and the view was of the swimming pool. Walking distance to 3 malls which was amazingly convenient.

This place was great! Great value for the money, extremely clean and well stocked unit. One of the best I have stayed at in Jakarta. The building security were cool and friendly. The stay was an absolute pleasure. And the host was extremely responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

It was an enjoyable stay for us and the owner is very helpful and responsive. Glad that he is also flexible and willing to support us for our long stay in his house. I feel like living in our own house. Many thanks to Mr Felix who is the owner of the house.

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Next if there is an event on ice lg we will definitely stay here again. Thank you ma'am yulita and sir andri~

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

The apartment is very nice and cozy. It is also very spacious, has two bathrooms, one with a tub, and another with a shower. Two bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area and a separate laundry room. It is clean and well-equipped. There was a water dispenser, so we didn't need to buy it in the store, which was very kind of the hosts and very convenient for us. The apartment is connected to the mall which is great too. Mr. Fuad was very kind and met us himself, although there is a self-check in service too. He met us and showed us the apartment, explained some details around the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
