nous avons passé une belle semaine dans le logement de Maria. La terrasse couverte est la plus belle pièce de la maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La plage est à moins de 5 min à pied, par contre attention, pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à marcher, la pente est plutôt raide à remonter. Maria est très réactive et répond très vite aux messages. agia pelagia reste une petite station balnéaire très bien situé pour visiter le Nord de l'île. Belle découverte

Very nice Villa and very friendly host. Her father is also living there and takes care of the garden. You can park there easily. The equipment and stuff that is available is as promised in the description. Location is actually not right next to the beach, but 10-15mins by foot, but by car it’s only 2mins. The beach there is amazing. The water is quite flat for a while, which is nice for playing in the water and probably for kids. Also the restaurants (especially Seven) there are really good and have a good price.

Perfect location, 20m to the beach, many restaurants, friendly people, parking spot bit tricky but never more than 200m. Communication perfect, very proactive. Exactly as the pictures shows.

Had a great time here! Vasilis was very accommodating and the place came as expected. Clean, great views of the water, and centrally located to the shops and restaurants in town. Highly recommend!

Jeronimo ist ein richtig toller Gastgeber. Sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön oberhalb der kleinen Soudabucht mit grandiosem Ausblick. Zwei empfehlenswerte Tavernen sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch die Bar von Jeronimo ist toll und nicht zu verachten. Wir können die schöne, einfache aber zweckmäßige Unterkunft auf's Wärmste empfehlen.

Vlakbij het strand. Parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Appartement heeft alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben. Behulpzame verhuurder. Alles op wandelafstand, auto is enkel nodig voor daguitstappen. Leuk speelgoed voor de kinderen. Enige minpunt is dat het naast een drukke baan ligt met nodige lawaai.

This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

The stay was good, private and secluded. All listed amenities were present. Pool and BBQ were crucial to us, also worth to mention: there is an A/C unit in each room. Wifi was perfectly stable. You can hear the road noises, but it is manageable, it didn't affect our experience.

Giannis is a very kind host. He informed us very friendly about the lovely accomandation and even created a guest app with a lot of regional hints and adivses. The appartement was very cozy. The beds and the chairs have even been extraordinary good. The construction is solid and also the tough crete wind could not disturb us. Don't hesitate, book it ;-)

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

We hebben bijzonder genoten van de locatie en de villa. alle voorzieningen waren zoals beschreven en nieuw. Uitzicht was adembenemend en de villa bood voldoende privacy en rust ondanks dat er drie zelfde villa's naast elkaar staan. Strandje, restaurants en supermarkt waren op loopafstand. Dus we hadden geen huurauto nodig. Plaatsje Agia Pelagia was ook op loopafstand. Is nog redelijk traditioneel Grieks vissersdorp maar wel redelijke toeristisch. Al met al een geweldig verblijf gehad waarbij de host, weliswaar op afstand en zonder persoonlijk contact, steeds online actief was, snel reageerde en proactief informatie verschafte.

Don't miss the opportunity to stay here, meeting the cute cats ( please feed them :), enjoy the surrondings and if you like to swim, the beach just 10 minutes walking distance is perfect for you. I swam 5 kilometers and enjoyed after that the beautiful bar and restaurant close to the house. RECOMMENDED!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Casa Calma. Antonis war ein äußerst aufmerksamer und herzlicher Gastgeber. Schon bei unserer Ankunft hat er uns persönlich begrüßt – mit köstlichem Essen und erfrischenden Getränken. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns auch über das liebevoll ausgesuchte Abschiedsgeschenk. Die Unterkunft selbst ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der private Pool war ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Die Lage ist ideal. Der Ort lässt sich bequem zu Fuß erkunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei und viele gute Restaurants. Auch der Strand ist schnell erreichbar – das flache Wasser eignet sich perfekt für Kinder. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten das große Glück, einige unvergessliche Tage in der traumhaften Villa von Giannis und seiner lieben Mutter Anna auf Kreta verbringen zu dürfen – und es war einfach perfekt! Die Villa selbst ist ein absoluter Traum: großzügig, stilvoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Außenbereich mit dem privaten Pool, der atemberaubende Blick aufs Meer und die Ruhe rundherum waren genau das, was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub gebraucht haben. Was unseren Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von Giannis und Anna. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten überrascht und fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und haben uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt – sei es zu Stränden, Restaurants oder versteckten Orten in der Umgebung. Wir können diese Villa aus tiefstem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick aufs Meer hat uns besonders gefallen. Es ist alles in der Nähe was man braucht und in einem 30 minütigen Spaziergang entlang am Meer ist man in der Altstadt von Rethymno. Besonderen Dank an Pantelis, der sich um alle unsere Belang sehr freundlich gekümmert hat

Very spacious, modern apt with a beautiful balcony. The street noise below made it difficult to sit out and talk there, but the view of the ocean was very nice. Well appointed kitchen. Very clean and neat. Mihalis gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby that was lovely. We had a nice stay here

Antonis’s place exceeded expectations in every way. Our host, George (father of Antonis) greeted us with wine, treats, welcoming words, and two adorable dogs - we felt at home and began relaxing immediately. The grounds were even better than the photos - the house is spacious, comfortable, gorgeous. The upstairs veranda overlooking the sea was a highlight - a perfect spot for morning yoga and evening stargazing. We kept discovering new wonders - the trail to the beach through the olive trees, vegetable garden, exquisite woodwork and masonry; not to mention the incredible views of mountains, meadows, and sea. The sound of the waves all night was a beautiful lullaby. The village is very quiet in early April when we were there. Nothing was open so we brought in all of our supplies, which was good because once you’ve made it down the mountain, you’ll want to stay put until it’s time to leave. - no quick trips into town from there! Def bring a sturdy vehicle! Can’t wait to go back!

Host estremamente disponibile e rapido nelle risposte. Casa spaziosa e molto accogliente, a parte la mancanza del bidet e del supporto a muro per la doccia, tutto perfetto. Dal terrazzino si gode una vista sul mare e sul tramonto eccezionale. Il parcheggio auto un po’ limitato (se da condividere con altre auto) e le foto che indicano il percorso x la casa un po’ datate (il Philomena ora è verde!) complessivamente vacanza straordinaria. Grazie a Georgia per la sua gentilezza.

Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem herrlichen Häuschen und haben jede Sekunde genossen. Die Lage ist sensationell. Manos und Kate sind perfekte Gastgeber, immer erreichbar. Es gab sogar Früchte, Wein, Wasser und Raki 😊 Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen.

Der Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Häuschen mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer und den Höhlen von Matala war einfach sensationell! Dieser Blick ist den steilen Aufstieg, unbedingt gutes Schuhwerk mitnehmen, absolut wert. Sofia ist eine herzliche und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, antwortet schnell und hatte kleine Köstlichkeiten für den Empfang vorbereitet. In dem Häuschen ist einfach Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sehr gemütlich mit Liebe zum Detail. Jetzt versteh ich auch, warum dieses Haus fast immer belegt ist.😉 Abends kann es ein bisschen lauter werden, wenn die Live Musik hochschallt, aber das weiß man ja, wenn man nach Matala fährt.

5 stars are not enough to give Komissa's. The home is beautiful, historic and unbelievably located. It was not lacking in any amenity and if it was Yvonne was available to provide it. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was. Yvonne is a fabulous hostess; every recommendation was spot on and she was kind enough to take me to her favorite taverna where we were treated like queens. She goes the extra mile (kilometer) to ensure you have everything you could want or need. She makes sure you see the "real" Crete, not just what the tour books tell you. While the pictures are 100% accurate and completely represent the home, u you cannot see just how centrally located the home is until you are there. And the rooftop! So peaceful and surrounded by so many beautiful plants I cannot wait to come back, now that I've traveled through Greece, i can spend my entire vacation at Yvonne's home. 100 stars all the way and i can't wait to come back to Ag.Pelagia! Niki and Cristos were really lovely and friendly hosts. Fresh flowers, homemade biscuits and cake, wine etc were provided and left in the apartment. The apartment was bright and clean. They treated us as family and really made us feel at home. Surrounded by the most amazing mountains. Beautiful people on beautiful Bali. What more could you ask for? Eif charisto!
