Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Kakheti

Great stay. Sandro was very responsive and quite flexible with check in. The property is beautiful and welcoming with the only downside being the pool was not useable, however I’m assuming it is due to the time of year (September). Check in was a breeze and we really enjoyed our night in such a historical area. Thank you Sandro, we all hope to stay with you again!

Maka and her husband Vano were amazing hosts. They were responsive, helpful and friendly, and the house was really beautiful - there is an outdoor patio with a great view and friendly wild cat who sometimes visits. My partner and I had a lovely two-day stay at the guest house. Maka and Vano also offer a reasonably priced taxi service between Tbilisi and Sighnaghi!

Super great hosts, very hospitable and helpful. A very pleasant atmosphere in the area. The accommodation is equipped with everything for long-term stays. Beautiful garden with a lot of fruit and flowers. Good transport links and everything within walking distance. The forest and mountains are within easy walking distance. Value for money is great.

Beautiful place in a heart of Sighnaghi. Kate is a lovely person who prepares delicious breakfasts and best ice coffee in the whole Georgia.

We really liked the setup. Clean home, beautiful views, and lots of space. There were no other bookings while we were there, so we had the whole house to ourselves - it was really great. The neighbors were also kind to us with our kids, and the brand new nearby parks were nice. bathrooms in every room. 3 story, 7 bedroom house... it's fantastic. Thank you Neli!

I really enjoyed my home and would have loved to stay longer. The host is heartful and caring for you! It also felt very comfortable to have a kitchen next to my room for cooking! Although the host cooks excellent! The garden is full of fruits and you can always use what you want. As the room is on the ground floor you have to be prepared that it's possible to have a few insects in your room. All in all I can recommend the stay :)

The place is perfectly located in the town. Gio was great, giving us tips were to go & good communication before & during. Totally recommend staying here.

Everything was fine. Pleasant cozy house in a very quiet and beautiful place. You can have a great breath after the road and relax.) The cabin itself is clean and comfortable. In general, an exceptionally positive experience. Many thanks to the hosts!

Nice spot in the forest. Perfect for a day or two of rest. However, it lacks the sense of community promoted by the project. People are barely talking to each other and the vibe is a bit off. The guests as well as the staff are not going out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Maybe it’s a cultural thing.

Pirimize guest house is based in the enchanting Tusheti mountain region just near the settlement of Dartlo. It has all the services you could expect from a mountain shelter in a remote area. We were always able to get hot water (which mustn't be given for granted in Tusheti) and the guest house has an open kitchen and restaurant were you can eat good meals and have drinks or a snack. Also the garden is lovely.

The property is absolutely stunning and Giorgi is a very kind and helpful host, always around when we were heading out to help with recommendations about places to visit in the neighborhood or restaurants to dine. A sour note about the property, the last 2km of the road to get there are not really doable with a standard car, without a 4x4 I don’t believe we would have made it. Giorgi is investing in the property and I’m sure that with a swimming-pool and a better access it will be worth the rate.

A beautiful little retreat in the country run by a group of very cool, very friendly staff who cook three meals of great food every day for you. If you like cabins in nature and nice people this is a perfect place to stay. Watch out for the naughty goats.
