The apartment is located in a small quiet village near the city of Český Krumlov. This is one large room with a large double bed, a crib and 2x an extra bed, a wooden table, a corner bench, a dresser, a kitchenette in numerous amenities (a small oven with an induction - 2 hot plates, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle), a large bathroom with a shower, a private entrance, a hallway. The apartment is 55 m2. We are located on the foothills of Šumava, from the apartment 500 m to the forest (Blanský les).

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce najdete dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Accomodation in a apartment ( 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom + 1 kitchen) in a family house, set in a lovely garden in a quiet suburb of the city of Český Krumlov. The house (GPS 48°50'15.683"N, 14°18'12.613"E) is located near a large forest , with walks on the mountain Kleť, with an observation tower and restaurant. The house is situated about 3 km from the city centre. Český Krumlov is the famous historic town,with a UNESCO site. Another near places: Šumava Mountains and Lake Lipno.

The cozy apartment for up to 4 people is located in the Old Plešivec district. All Krumlov sights are in walking distance. You can park for free directly in front of the house (public area). The historic city center is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is newly renovated. It includes an equipped kitchen with a minibar and a coffee machine, high speed WiFi, TV, free coffee and tea. Bathroom with shower, including cosmetics and towels.

Apartment at the Hermit

Apartment 5 km from Cesky Krumlov, designed for undemanding clientele ,has its own entrance and my mother lives in the second half of the house. The apartment is ideally located as a starting point for hiking , biking , swimming in Lake Lipno and skiing in winter. The advantage is a nearby railway station for trips to Šumava or to visit Český Krumlov. Animals are not welcome- we have a dog.

Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Our chats

Our cottage is located on a semi-remote in a forest by the Stropnice River. While this may not be the case at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by a crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the patio. There's no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time together.
