Condo vacation rentals in Kailua Bay

Wendy’s place was amazing for us. We loved watching the surfers in the morning while we drank our coffee. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! One day we took an uber to the beach and used the chairs and umbrella. They were great! My husband is a larger man and fit nicely in their beach chairs. Another thing to note is there location. It’s walkable to town but down the road so you get that peace and quiet. We had an amazing time and would recommend staying here!

Charlie’s place was perfect for a weekend staycation. Beautiful ocean view, swimming pool was great, and a quick walk to Magic Sands beach. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and the a/c was nice but actually the fans kept it cool.enough that it wasn’t needed. Charlie was quick to respond to any questions and instructions were helpful and clear. Would definitely recommend staying at this magical AirBnB!

Beautiful stay. Beautiful majestic views and conveniently located close to the airport and Kona activities. The place was clean and had everything one could need. The kitchen was useful for cooking our own meals and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. I also loved seeing the little animals in the neighbors yard next door. The place had extra towels, blankets and other supplies you may need that made this place a great stay. I highly recommend.

Excellent location for all you may want to do in Kona. Beautiful view of ocean. All the amenities made our stay extra special. Davide has thought of everything. Sand toys, snorkels, cooler, telescope for dolphin watching, he has it all. The Green Flash Coffee right next store was super convenient to go to for breakfast every morning and was delicious. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Evan’s Kona condo. The condo itself was roomy and had all the amenities we needed and the grounds were well maintained, peaceful and quiet. It was a treat to start everyday adventure with a breakfast on their lively lanai. Their were several restaurants and shops within a short walking distance and the beach was close as well. We’re coffee nerds, so having several coffee farms within a 20 minute drive was extra special for us. I’d highly recommend this condo for anyone considering a visit to Kona. Mahalo, Evan!

Amy's place was just the perfect condo for us. It had a great unobstructed view the ocean. and the sounds of the ocean along with the evening breeze wafting through the unit at night was heavenly. Having breakfast on the lanai was a treat each morning of our stay. Very private end unit on the second floor assured privacy with no one being able to look in or walk by. Quiet and away from the bustle of the tourist district. (except for one noisy Coqui frog in the bushes nearby). I chased it away enough to get it to stop for the evenings. A nearby market and Ali'i Gardens Marketplace with cool friendly people (plus great fish tacos!) is just a short walk away. Amy was attentive and provided good tips for our visit which was a great help. Will definitely visit again!

Great stay! The location is super convenient and close to many stores, restaurants and the beach. Checkin was super easy, which was helpful since we arrived late at night. Andrea was super communicstive and kind.

Everything excellent, very clean and good location, only the shortness of air for the day in hot weather is a bit hot but I recommend closing windows and at night you open

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Great place to stay in Kona! Just yards from shops and restaurants. Kitchen was perfect for meals at the condo and dining on the lanai. Location was close to great activities! Binder in the condo had great suggestions for what to do on the island. We picked a new adventure each day and had a blast! Will definitely stay again when we visit the big island!

We enjoyed our stay at Nico and Sarah's condo. It was a convenient location and had everything we needed. Nico and Sarah were responsive to our questions. I would stay here again.

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

Jason’s condo is one of the nicest, most comfortable/convenient places that we’ve ever stayed. Centrally located with all of the amenities of home. We’re already talking about returning there sometime in the future. Jason is a 10+ communicator and just an all around great person. The condo was worth every penny that we paid for it!

We felt right at home in the condo and were sad to leave after 6 nights. The check-in instructions were clear, the dedicated parking spot was super convenient (we had a Kia Sportage and fit just fine), and the host’s guidebook was full of great local recommendations. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and private - perfect for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the lanai, where we could listen to the birds chirping in throughout the day and enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening. While you can hear some street noise from the lanai, it wasn’t an issue for us. The location is great - just a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and shops on Ali’i Drive. We didn’t initially realize that the unit only has ceiling fans (with AC in the bedroom only), but the fresh air and fans kept us comfortable throughout our stay—it was around 75°F most days with occasional rain showers, and we really enjoyed the breeze. Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful and well-located home base in Kona!

This was my second stay here. Condo has been updated beautifully since my last stay in 2022. Stephen and Amber go above and beyond with extra touches. Felt very at home!

What a wonderful place to stay! The view was perfect--you can see the ocean and sunshine conditions first thing in the morning, and sleepy cats on the grass from the lanai :) We were able to walk to the farmer's market and nearby stores to pick up a fruit and spam musubi breakfast and within 30 minutes we were home to eat it. The many nearby strips are fun to stroll through, and the sheer amount of amazing restaurants within walking distance was boggling. The building manager was friendly and helpful, and the actual location was easy to find, park, and walk from. The place was clean and well-kept, and the closet had a stunning array of beach items! Boogie boards, towels, beach chairs, and more. Both Tamara and Tiffany were lovely and extremely responsive, and event went so far as to happily mail us something that we mistakenly left in the fridge, which was unexpected but a huge relief. I have stayed frequently in this area, and I would happily choose this condo again and again.

Janet is great! Super responsive and such a kind woman. Gave us some great recommendations and also has a wonderful binder full of great places to visit on the enclosed porch. All in all, such a wonderful place to stay

My husband and I booked this Airbnb for hour wedding/ honeymoon. We stayed for 9 days and loved every minute of it. The Airbnb is in a great location it’s close to a lot or restaurants and beaches. The view is spectacular right in view of the beach. You can walk past the pool and sit right in-front of the ocean to watch the sunrise, sunset, or just enjoy the incredible view. There’s a lot of birds to watch as well it was beautiful listening and watching them. I think they also helped with bugs because this was the only location I didn’t get mosquito bites. We had no issues with people around us it’s a quiet area. We had every amenity needed plus some. There’s snorkeling gear, pool noodles, boogie boards, games, puzzles and more. Brian was extremely helpful and friendly he send us recommendations of things to do and place to eat at in the area. This trip will forever be in our memories.

Nice stay if you’re in the Kona area. Quick walk to the waterfront and many restaurants. Check-in was also very easy. Only note is that there are a limited number of parking spots compared to the amount of apartments. You may need to find street parking if coming back late (which wasn’t hard at all)

Ina is a very informative and responsive host. She recommended some great local restaurants and places to hang out. The house is clean and the neighborhood is very peaceful. There is a beautiful view of the beach behind the apartment (2 minutes walk). The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and ingredients. However, we didn't have time to cook. One thing we found annoying was that the AC was portable and a bit noisy.
