Could we make an exception and give six stars instead of five? It's only been a couple hours since we checked out, but we are already missing 4Cs. The hospitality of the host family is amazing. That's really the difference maker. The tranquil location on a plantation is unbeatable. Such professional staff. The food: Variety (including curry from the fruits of a 300-year-old Jackfruit tree on the plantation) + very tasty + amazingly affordable.The friendly dogs, Sanju and Ninja, accompanied us on long walks during our 10-day long stay. We enjoyed the rain & the sunshine reflected off those rain washed leaves. Such a serene location. Clean. Shower with very hot water, good pressure. We appreciated the paid Laundry service. As we think about it, this is among the top five in the hundred or so Airbnbs that we stayed in around the world. It's like we are leaving family. And I don't think we can say anything more than that

An absolutely unforgettable stay! Everything was flawless – the accommodation was beautifully maintained and super comfortable (5/5), and the hosts were beyond amazing – more like friends who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived (5/5). The food was delicious, local, and made with love (5/5). But the real cherry on top was the hidden gem of a viewpoint attached to the stay – a stunning surprise that made the experience even more magical. My wife and I were yearning for a peaceful weekend getaway from the hustle bustle of Bangalore city life, and Chandan's cottage offered what we dreamed of. Nestled deep in the lush forest, this hideaway offered a rare and magical connection with nature. The large glass windows framed breathtaking views of trees swaying gracefully in the wind and shimmering under the gentle rain, creating a living painting. The balcony is a tranquil spot where you can soak in the soothing sights and sounds of the surrounding forest. Throughout our stay, the symphony of the forest- birds chirping, insects stridulating- kept us delightfully guessing about the mysterious creatures around us. Every corner of the place reflects the care and love poured into its creation. Thank you Chandan and team, for sharing your beautiful slice of paradise with us!

1. Around 45 minutes from Chikmagalur and 30 minutes from Belur — close to Mudigere and Nandipura. 2. The cottage is in a big 25-acre coffee estate — quiet and nicely made. 3. It has two cosy rooms and a small kitchen with a microwave, fridge, toaster, and water purifier. 4. The host is kind, helpful, and knows the area well. 5. The food was really tasty — we enjoyed every meal. 6. Great place to relax and do nothing. 7. Weather was perfect in mid-May — around 18°C at night. 8. It feels private, but now and then you might hear trucks or buses going by.

Had stayed here with my cousins for two nights. Had an wonderful time here surrounded with nature at its best. Best place to detox from your stressful life. They have lot of amenities like cricket kit, batminton , volley ball and carrom. We also went for trekking with the help of a guide arranged by Sakshath and it was worth the trek. Western Ghats view was mesmerizing. They also have a stream nearby where we can take a shower with ice cold water from mountains . The homemade food is also amazing. Highly recommend ❤️❤️

Had an amazing experience at Shibira. Vishu was an amazing host. The location was peaceful and had stunning views. The food was homely and delicious. Would definitely recommend the place if you are looking for a weekend gateway and peaceful time admist nature.

Villa Seetha is an incredible place—easily one of the best we've ever stayed in. The hosts, Nidhi, Dhanush, and their family, are warm, kind, and wonderfully hospitable. They responded to our every need and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They also have five friendly dogs who were a joy to have around! The rooms are newly and tastefully renovated, spotlessly clean, and located right at the edge of their beautiful coffee estate. Waking up to that view was something special. While the beds were a bit on the firm side, they were still comfortable. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Amazing property, peaceful surrounding, clean linens, and great food. Geetanjali was very helpful and accommodate to our needs during the stay. Happy and Doodle are the sweetest furry friends, they made our trip extra special.
