This is a rental cottage by the sea on Naoshima, a sacred place for art.There are two buildings, one on the sea side and one on the mountain side, and Lani is the mountain side building.Free parking is available on site, which is rare in Naoshima. The building is a separate two-story building, with 6 beds in the first floor bedroom and 2 futons in the Japanese-style room on the second floor, so you can stay up to 6 to 8 people. There is a family-type kitchen and washing machine, so it can be used not only for family and friends, but also for student training camps, seminar trips, etc. It is a 3-minute walk from OHANA to Kikabuta, and a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, making it an ideal base for sightseeing in Naoshima. Enjoy a relaxing time on Naoshima Island in an interior that uses plenty of wood from local construction shops. A three-story house with a church-like exterior has been completely renovated. In the museum, you can enjoy Japanese beauty everywhere, such as the work of Hokusai Katsushika, which is also painted on Japanese 1,000 yen bills, and ceiling paintings that incorporate kimono patterns. There are popular restaurants dotted around, and it is conveniently located a 6-minute walk from Uno Station and Seven Eleven, and an 8-minute walk from Uno Port Ferry Terminal. In addition, from Uno Port, you can easily access Naoshima, Toyoshima, Shodoshima, and Takamatsu, making it the perfect base for an art trip. Please note * This facility is also listed on other reservation sites, so you may not be able to make a reservation on your desired date. * Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am, and early check-in or luggage storage is not possible. * The manager is not resident, and does not clean or change sheets during your stay.Please use the washer and dryer and the large trash can next to the entrance. * Please be sure to use the handrails as the stairs in the building are steep. * Barbecues and cooking that leaves behind a smell are prohibited. * Violations of the rules may be subject to fines.

Check-in time is after 6 pm, and we can't hold your luggage before 6 pm!Instead, we will lower the accommodation fee from the regular price.Check-out time is 11 o'clock.If the check-in time is possible even after 18:00, it is a very good price.You can use the tea room, the irori room, the horigotatsu room, the room with a view of the sunset and Naoshima Honmura, and the guest kitchen. Mukojima gathering place is located 100m from Naoshima on Mukojima with a population of about 10 people.This is a private accommodation for one group per day for up to 3 people, and includes meals (2 meals in the evening). The owner himself cook and serve it. Meals are also included in the price. There is a separate drink fee. You can also enjoy domestic and international natural wines and craft gins with meals. Please use a sea taxi for transportation. There are also sea taxis in Mukojima, so please message us. In principle, we do not allow re-transfers of people who have visited the island once. It is an island with no vending machines, so it is an inn for those who want to spend a relaxing time. Feel free to enjoy the books, records, etc. in the building. It is also located halfway between the Benesse art site (museum area) and the house project (Honmura district), making it an ideal base for sightseeing.The nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk. "room:◯ (maru)" is all on the ground floor.With a separate entrance, the spacious room is fully equipped with a kitchen and washer/dryer, as well as a spacious room for longer stays, etc., as well as a family or friend trip. I've updated the photos of the room. The bunk bed in the Western-style room has been removed and replaced with two single beds. The maximum number of guests has been changed to 6. If you already have a reservation for 7 or more people, you can stay with the same number of people without any changes. Naoshima has become a tourist destination not only for Japan but also for the whole world. What changes, what doesn't. Each blends naturally, and the air flows in a way that can only be experienced in Naoshima. You'll feel it even more by staying on Naoshima. Sakura-so opened in the summer of 2014. It is a guest house with a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere. 5-minute walk from the center of Naoshima's Miyanoura. It is located in a very quiet place. There is a Japanese-style room with futons (up to 4 people) and a Western-style room with 2 single beds (2 people). You are renting the entire property. This room is on the second floor of a two-story building. There is an entrance and shower room on the ground floor, and there is a separate entrance and a restaurant. We've carefully designed the fixtures and layout so that you can enjoy this facility at your leisure, as well as use it as a place to stay while traveling. In the dining room with an island kitchen, you can enjoy music with high-quality speakers. Enjoy the scent and feel of the rare pine flooring. For the bedroom area, we have thick futons instead of beds, also with small children in mind. In addition, the futon area is slightly elevated with tatami mats. One of the closest accommodations to Uno Station, it also has excellent access to outlying islands such as Naoshima. Convenience stores and popular restaurants are also close. English available.

And the story behind it is truly one as we took so much time and effort to completely renovate this traditional Japanese House owned by the same owner for more than 50 years. We kept the essence of it and added our twist and the elements that we love from Naoshima and tried to make a very special experience for our guests.
