House vacation rentals in Kadamakkudy

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed. Hosts were wonderful and super helpful and responsive. The pool was perfect and the house is larger than expected. It has 4 bedrooms, each with individual bathroom. The house is a bit far from fort kochi itself, but the perfect location in the backwaters.

This was my second stay at Camper By the Bay, and it was just as wonderful as the first! This property is truly second to none—the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, the food is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. My family had such a great time, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classy yet comfortable getaway. It's a fantastic spot for families, kids, and even small parties. The views from the balconies are so peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. I can’t wait for my next trip back to Camper By the Bay!

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

Beautiful 1950’s villa with a team of house staff led by Mr Cherian, who took care of everything including delivering amazing food from the sister hotel Eighth Bastion. Sumptuous breakfasts were provided at the hotel, or we could make our own with the provisions supplied (even our fussy 6 year old enjoyed the cornflakes and banana cake). Had a wonderful staycation, with daily music lessons at the Kerala Kathakali centre.

Had a great stay while transiting through kochi at this bnb, the house is beautiful and has amazing vibe!! Must visit. just a little feedback since we were visiting from Canada and use airbnb.ca with no previous experience in India. One thing we noticed was direct messaging on number through host which didn’t sit well initially cz that’s private info, and when we asked for troubleshooting some issue during the stay it was great that the host came right away but didn’t leave once issue was fixed, felt weird being in the space with someone around. I think it was not malicious intent but just something to improve on privacy!

The location is amazing, immediately next to and with a great view of the Periyar river. The villa is large with 5 bedrooms with attached toilets and AC, with spacious living, dining and kitchen. It has a pool with a large lawn and open spaces. The 3 bedrooms on the upper level of the villa have the feel of a traditional 'Nalukettu' kerala house with lot of wood works. There is a caretaker staying within the property available for assist. Food can get delivered to the property with Zomato or Swiggy. There is a good sea-food restaurant 'Al-Saj' close to the property. The host, Roshan, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Very good accommodation and kept very very clean. Was very comfortable and also easy to checkin. Location is great and would go to this place again if I visit Kochi/ernakulam again Having a mini kitchenette with wash basin would help so guests can wash any utensils or fruits etc instead of using the bathroom

Home away from home I booked this place for my parents and both the hosts supported me as a family. At no point of time I realised how my parents will manage. From recommendations to bookings of nearby sight seeings everything was guided by Krishna Uncle and for the breakfast they invited at their home and early morning served them pure vegetarian lovely meal. Uncle is so proactive and kind to help you out any time and in any way. Ongoing festival darshan at Ettumanoor Mahadev temple was wholesome and ritual experience, morning kayaking was adventurous one. Whenever I felt anything he is just a call away and everytime it feels like I'm talking to my Uncle, my parents are going to other home. Super thankful for your support and beautiful connection. A must go to place with serene beauty, peace and pampering hosts.

Rismitty and her husband Joseph were superb hosts. They really cared about us and our visit and did everything to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. By the end of our stay I felt that we had become friends. The place itself was spotlesslessly clean, roomy, with simple but adequate furniture. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but it met our needs. Filtered water was available. Note that there isn't hot water in the shower, but that seems to be standard in India except in upscale hotels. For westerners the rates are very low. In short, I highly recommend this airbnb for a visit to Kochi.

It's a very nice place if you have a large family to accompany. The host was extremely helpful and is very friendly to deal with. The house was kept exceptionally clean, and there were all the utensils for use. The wifi was good, the place is very close to the city.

A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

A lovely self-contained apartment, very close to attractions and restaurants in Fort Kochi. Sunil and Susan are very nice, quick to answer any questions and really friendly. Apartment is compact with a separate bedroom, small kitchen and great balcony to sit and relax on. Good for one person long-term or a couple for a week or so in my opinion. Free breakfast provided by Sunil and Susan was a lovely touch and the icing on the cake of a great stay.

Neil's place is lovely and it is situated in a great location with many sights within walking distance. The check-in went smoothly courtesy of the detailed instructions that Neil had provided.

It was a very nice and comfy atmosphere. Mr Eldho was very friendly and very cooperative. All the amenities were good and neatly arranged. Smooth check in and check out. Highly recommended.

excellent place for a get together

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa! The place was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Each bedroom was cozy and comfortable, giving all four of us plenty of privacy and relaxation time. The living and dining areas were perfect for spending time together, and the outdoor space was an added bonus. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings and the overall vibe of the villa—it truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would highly recommend this place for families, friends, or anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish getaway. We’d definitely love to come back again!

This place has become a second home to us! We've visited four times, and each stay has been wonderful. The view is absolutely breathtaking - a perfect blend of nature's beauty. Gayathri, our host, is amazing - always helpful and accommodating. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this place—it looks exactly like the photos, if not better! The atmosphere was peaceful and private, making it perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. The space was cozy, and we had a great night’s sleep. Caretaker Victor was very helpful, especially with setting up the barbecue fire, which helped us a lot. The only small downside was the absence of soap and shampoo in the bathroom, but everything else was spot on. Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

During Our recent visit to Kochi We stayed at Neetu's place, and It was as surreal as it speaks in the description. The home was in a serene silent locality, with all the listed amenities decorated in all aesthetic way neat and clean. This place is easy to commute and some of the restaurants are just a walk away. Among the Major places Lulu mall is the closest. For other places, Cabs easily accessible from this place. Host Neetu is very friendly, approachable and went beyond her way to make our stay comfortable. Her Recommendations, arrangements and her proactiveness on ensuring our safety and comfort pre/during/post our visit makes it extra special. The in house care taker Mohan was also so friendly and his guidance never made us felt unknown in our new city. So Overall A Great stay in Cochin. Definitely recommendable for folks visiting Cochin. I am looking forward to stay again at Neetu's place, when I get a chance again.
