Apartment vacation rentals in Kachemak Bay

Guy's place felt like home. We were greeted by Guy's and his Golden Retriever Bee. Both are so sweet! The space was very well kept. LOVED the heated floors. Location is perfect. We particularly loved Bee though, having a Golden Retriever of our own at home. we will book again if returning to Homer.

I had a very good stay and I will select to stay in Helena’s apartment again when I return. Very pleasant.

We asked Jonathon if there was a clothes iron in the unit. He got us an iron and an ironing board! The unit was a little noisy a couple times from the neighbors in the other units, but the neighborhood is really quiet. One evening a helicopter landed on the Hospital which is maybe 2 or 3 blocks away. That was noisy but it only lasted a couple of minutes. Despite being walking distance to the hospital and restaurants there was a mother moose with twin calves in a neighbor's driveways. Lot of rabbits in along the roads in the mornings.

Christy’s place was great! It is a very nice basement apartment with exceptional views. Christy was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely book this place again if I need somewhere to stay in Homer

Perfect spot for our stay! Jonathon was very kind, always responded promptly and helped us with our needs! The little kitchenette was great and the area felt spacious.

Our stay at Candice place as amazing. She was very responsive, and replied quickly. It seemed that Candice put a lot of thought into her place and how to make her guests comfortable. When on our first night we went to a Thai resturant and had LOTS of leftovers, I opened the cupboards and noticed a bucket full of storage containers. Since we paid $72 for the food, I really wanted to save it for breakfast for the next 2 days. So it was a great find. I was impressed that Candice had the cutiest Cuissinart knife set - and they were sharp. And all the dishes, cups, pans and silverware were top notch. And the bed was so comfy. And there was plenty of parking out front. We stayed in Homer 4 nights; Seward 2 nights and Anchorage 6 nights. Candice place was by far the BEST!!! Next time we're in Seward, we will for sure stay here again.

The place was clean and comfortable. Kalie was great at communicating with us before we arrived , at check in, and after our first day of stay.

Staying at Old and Bold was fantastic! June and her husband Felix were wonderful hosts and are now my new friends. The home was immaculate and the view spectacular. It felt like staying with family. June and her three dogs were wonderful! My dog Maddie loved playing with them and June checked on her when I was away. The only thing I would say, is that the listing made it look like I was renting the whole home, but it was only the bottom floor. It ended up being better that way and my stay was incredible. I will be back!

The location was absolutely PERFECT for our stay! We could walk to most things and also had a beautiful view from the window and porch. The decor and overall setup of the space was perfect and so well decorated!! Marya also went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable, purchasing a washing basin before we got there for my hand wash items. She really did not need to do that but it was such a kind touch, along with the snacks, umbrellas, and recommendations she provided. I would stay here a million times more if I could!! Thank you again, Marya - you truly are a gifted host!

Check in was very easy. Instructions, guides in side. 8 minutes away from the Spit. Place wws easy to find, ididnt have any issues.

Sky and Jodi were so responsive. Unfortunately, due to a problem with the Airbnb app, the check in info wasn't on the app. Sky and Jodi were so quick to respond and made it as easy as possible to get in. Their place clean and they were so thoughtful to leave a treat on the kids pillows. Using the nearby bike path we rode from there to almost the end of the Spit and back. It was about a 14 mile round trip and so fun and beautiful. My 8 and 6 year olds were absolute troopers. Their place is very close to town, so a great location. I would stay there again for sure.

Connie Place was ideal for our short trip to Homer. We had good weather and took advantage of the deck with the chair which looks out on the back yards.

This place was a perfect location for our top Homer excursion, halibut fishing. It was a short 5 minute walk to the fishing charter’s location. The views were amazing and we enjoyed watching the tides come in and go out. The place is small, great for a couple or a family with smaller children. There is no TV, nor sink in the bathroom but the free coffee was a huge perk!

We absolutely love staying here. Peaceful with amazing views! Private hot tub with views of the mountain is why we book this place! Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen. 10/10 recommend

This place was perfect! Super close to town but with amazing views from the hot tub on the upstairs deck. Spacious inside with a well appointed kitchen. AND a mama moose and her little calf came wandering through the yard on our first night! I highly recommend this spot—we’ll be back!

Great 2 bedroom for families or 2 couples. Very clean and updated. It was fun to use the fire pit and roast marshmallows. Very accessible to everything in Homer. Walkable to coffee, food, bookstore. When we needed extra trash bags or anything, owners very responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

We had a comfortable stay in Homer - great location in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, book store, etc. Kristen was a great host - very friendly, responsive and helpful 😊

Juxia and Stephen were fantastic hosts! They were very welcoming and tended to anything I needed. So happy to have chosen this place. I had a car so it was easy for me to get around, but it’s in a fantastic location in proximity to the center of the town. If you’re looking for comfort, coziness, and amazing hospitality — this is the place! Thank you so much, Juxia & Stephen!
