The location of the apartment is very close to the beach. The residence is overall secure and the apartment is very clean. Thanks to Fadoua, we had a very enjoyable stay, she was always available and very helpful! I would highly recommend this place.

If Mourad was always available to communicate, he is a nice person and always attentive, you will not need anything, the apartment was tidy and equipped, the positioning of the residence is great, pedestrian exit that leads directly to the beach (5 mins walk), lots of amenities available (WiFi, Smart TV, coffee machine, free capsules…). In addition to that, if Mourad is a nice person I was able to spend a wonderful stay with the family, quiet residence with 4 swimming pools and entertainment every night. I will definitely be back several times! Thank you dear Mr Mourad for everything!

Our stay at this villa was a real pleasure, the villa was spacious, clean similar to the photos. The pool and garden were perfect for relaxing. The host's service was friendly and responsive, attentive and very welcoming. I would recommend it in a second.

Very attentive at all times, for 6 adults it was a little small, but we managed well. For a family with 2 or 3 children it is perfect. Alex is as kind as all the people of Ceuta, awesome.

The Apartment was great. It has more than enough space, the beach is literally 2 minutes on foot. Well, located. The apartment was very clean, it looked exactly like on the pictures and the kitchen was pretty. I never cooked by myself because mostly I was eating out. Cabo Negro's golden sandy beaches are among the most Beautiful in the region, offering visitors stretches of sand to bask in the sun is a beautiful. It is also a good location for short trips. Marwan was very kind and already welcomed me when I arrived. The apartment has 2 large Bedrooms + 1 Kitchen + 2 large Bathrooms + Saloon + and balcony with a view to the Mediterranean Sea. TV is big + WIFI. I will for sure revisit this place again. Thank you Marwan

Mohammed is welcoming and responsive. Clean and spacious apartment. Very well located 2 minutes walk from the beach with direct access from the residence. Secure residence with security guard. I had a pleasant stay, the area is very beautiful and I intend to come back.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever booked! The level is worthy of a hotel: impeccable cleanliness, quality mattress, all the essentials available… and a beautiful view of the beach. Even though the property is not pet friendly, the host kindly accepted our 2-month-old puppy. I really hope this place becomes pet friendly in the future — that way, I can come back with my two dogs! I would recommend it 100%. A little tip: avoid large suitcases, take backpacks instead. There is quite a walk between the parking lot and the house.
