Hi , We offer accommodation for 2 people in a quiet area surrounded by nature. The accommodation is in the agglomeration of Angers Loire Métropole, you will be 20 minutes from Angers by car. From the house you will find several paths to walk or bike among horses. The Sarthe is 1 km away by footpath. The 25 m2 accommodation has a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Guests will have access to an outdoor area with garden furniture.

Bedroom 1 (Bedroom, shower and kitchenette)

I offer a mezzanine bedroom with miller's ladder access, with small storage for clothes and a reading table. On the ground floor a shower with small vanity and toilet. A sofa, kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, some kitchen accessories for cooking, microwave and Senseo coffee maker, TV with basic channels and WiFi available. The accommodation is close to the city center of the town and twenty minutes from the gates of Angers.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
