Vacation rentals with a patio in Jureia

Our stay at Jae's apartment was simply wonderful! The place is amazing, super comfortable and with a breathtaking view of the gods. The location is excellent and everything was very clean and organized. Jae was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning, always available to help us with any questions. A special highlight was the flexibility in check-in, which made all the difference for us. It was a very positive experience and we certainly intend to return soon. I highly recommend it!

The space is very well organized and clean. It had everything we needed for three days. My wife and I felt at home. The space is located in a side street in the middle of the historic center of São Sebastião, so it is possible to visit the entire historic center on foot, without any difficulty. In addition, there are markets, bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. The parking provided is very useful. Driele was a great host, gave very useful local tips and we were able to have a great experience this first time in São Sebastião.

The host is very attentive and helpful, the space is beautiful, too bad it wasn't warm to enjoy the wonderful pool, bed linen and everything else super clean, basic kitchen items. I'll be back for sure

Amazing stay, and host as amazing as it is! Village gave us several tips and welcomed us very well. The loft is gorgeous, with a wonderful deck and a perfect view of the nearby creek. Sleeping with that sound was an incredible peace! We'll definitely be back.

No doubt we'll be back soon! Marcelo was very helpful and gave great tips that made ALL the difference in our stay, Seiva is also a separate attraction, delicious drinks and good food. The little house is like the photos, super cozy and has the basics to spend quiet days, we arrived and the room had the perfume of the bedding, sleepers like angels listening to the sea and we woke up with the birds. The access to the beach is very easy, a great differential and what made us choose the little house, which makes it possible to visit the sea at any time, the beach is very clean, full of fun caranguines in the sand. Super recommend and I'm even referring to friends, we love it!

The host Juliana is amazing, very attentive, gave tips and suggestions on how to make the most of the island. Her advertised space was impeccable, very clean, organized, with details that bring a sense of welcome and comfort. It is clear that there was care with every detail and this conveys a special care. We love the location. We love the decor. We had great memories. It is certainly a place we will return to and recommend.

We really liked Patricia's house! It had everything we needed and even more with games and such! The only important thing is that there is no filter available, so the water would have to be brought, otherwise, very beautiful and super organized house, comfortable beds and location also good and safe!

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again, but everything was perfect, thank you

We went with family and felt at home. The house is very nice and clean, with good sheets and towels and well equipped with household utensils. Close to the beach and the condominium offers beach service, which helped a lot. We loved the stay and it was great to see Praia da Baleia We'll be back for sure

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by
