Yurt vacation rentals in Jura Mountains

Great stay (too short!) in Jean-Luc's comfortable yurt. This is not a neutral and soulless tourist accommodation, but a living place, where you feel that others have enjoyed it before us. It has everything you need to rest in nature and have fun without taking the car (walk to get bread, wood to build cabins, river to cool off, fire to grill the marshmallows...) We'll be back😊!

What a superb find and the location was just great. If you want to experience something a little different then stay one of their yurts. Great fun.

Despite the cool rainy weather, we immediately felt comfortable with the stove. The furnishings are luxurious for a yurt, everything you need is available, it is very cozy and the outdoor shower made us smile. The area is beautiful. We will be very happy to come back!

Very good stay spent in the yurt. A real change of scenery. 10 minutes from Cluny and its historic center.

We had a great multi-generational weekend (2-65 years), were the only guests and had the generous surroundings, incl. Outdoor kitchen, for us and we really enjoyed it. The kids found some toys for outside and were happy. In the outdoor area, there are certainly a few things that need to be renewed or overhauled (chairs and tables around the grill, beach chair, possibly fabric of the yurt and lounge cushions) Merci Kurt:)

Great welcome, very smiling and responsive host! The yurt was clean and comfortable, and breakfast on the bench outside was a real moment of relaxation. Excellent pool and jacuzzi at the end of the day. Even the common areas (shower, toilet, kitchen) were clean and pleasant, even though it's not usually my thing — everything was really good there. Very nice experience, I recommend it!" Regarding the nearby city, not much to do or see but well located 20 km from the Hospices de Beaune, just right after 1 day of sightseeing to disconnect and relax.

A really beautiful place – we had a great day! The yurt was cozy and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the blankets kept us pleasantly warm. We felt like at home. The sanitary facilities were also clean and warm. All in all, it was an all-around nice stay. I'm sure we'll be back. Many thanks to the Villa Donkey team!

Great family stay in the yurt, it is beautifully decorated. The garden is very well furnished with a beautiful view. Bathroom nearby. Warm welcome from the hosts and very considerate. I would recommend for an exotic stay.

Well what can I say… it was a dream. We’ve never been in such a beautiful Airbnb. We arrived by train and hiked up to la bobine. It took us about 25 minutes (we had heavy backpacks). The way was really easy to find from the train station Vernayaz MC and so beautiful. Around la bobine you can hike in literally every direction and every walk will be beautiful. The yurt is the most cozy place I’ve ever been and I really recommend this experience! We would be very happy if our way leads us to the yurt sometime again.

Atypical and modern accommodation in a peaceful and idyllic setting. Very comfortable and clean yurt. Julie is very friendly, she has an exceptional sense of hospitality and arrangement, and is also very responsive. Breakfast is a real treat, by the way, made up of products from the goat farm she runs. I can only recommend

We had a great time at Aurore's yurt. The setting is beautiful surrounded by greenery and with the soft sound of the river. The interior of the yurt is pleasantly furnished and comfortable. The nice terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Dry toilets, rustic shower and small kitchenette for an exotic experience in many ways.

Very good night in Eric's yurt on the way back from vacation. Everything was perfect, the yurt was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Special mention for the meal trays prepared by Eric which were excellent and the local beer delicious! Greeting tree little bonus!

The yurt is a wonderful space in an unbelievably serene location. Bettina has created the perfect setting to be in touch with nature (and yourself) and her setup inspires to take better care of oneself and the earth. It’s also a great starting point for gorgeous hikes in the area. The nearby village is very picturesque and there’s everything you need within walking distance like a grocery store and several restaurants (the yurt is well equipped to cook nice meals) . As she mentions in the description, this is not a luxury resort in terms of material but after spending four nights in the yurt I feel quite enriched. Highly recommend and hope to return one day in the future.

Beautiful stay in Simone's chalet where we found the peace and change of scenery we needed! The chalet is a small cocoon very nicely decorated, a place that has a soul and where you feel good, located in a green setting at the foot of the mountain and rocked by the birdsong and the river that flows right next to it. There is everything we need from a functional point of view, we did not want for anything. We also thank Simone for her good communication and availability!

We were two families with two children each and had a wonderful time at this special place. Sleeping in the yurts was also an experience. A true space miracle with cozy beds. The children loved to play in the meadows, to slide, to swing and above all to help in the barn with the goats and sheep. Sabrina, Adriana and Luca are so friendly and open-minded, we all felt very comfortable right away! Thank you for EVERYTHING.

We had a magical time in this yurt nestled in the heart of nature. The place is both comfortable and very well furnished. The hosting was warm. I recommend it 100% for those looking for a relaxing break.

we were in the big yurt for a bachelor party and it was a beautiful experience, with a bonfire outside and also the possibility of using the grill. Manuel is very kind and super helpful in addition, he offers many activities such as musical meditation or the talent map and also for advice on what to do in the area or where to eat. the yurt is very evocative and comfortable, plus there is electricity and heating/air conditioning, the beds are futons but very comfortable. Truly a different experience than usual and very evocative! shared bathroom but very clean and kitchen always stocked. Recommended for everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at the camp in the yurt. It was very spacious, cozy and well isolated. The atmosphere at the camp is very unique and we would love to come back. The staff was very helpful.

We were so lucky to have been able to go to Melissande's place with our dog. A quiet area in nature, relaxing, with several activities nearby: hiking, skiing, horseback riding,... Melissande is very available, this moment of disconnection made us feel good, thank you to her for sharing. It's a full right for both humans and animals. We're coming back with stars in our eyes! Even Pelote was lovely.

We had a great holiday mostly under the rain. The wood stove in the yurt makes it very cosy. There are nice walks to do in the area. Michael was friendly and helpful, and his neighbours as well!

First night experience in a yurt. Really exotic and soothing. I didn't imagine it was so spacious inside. Our host's explanations were clear and the housekeeping was impeccable.
